I've worked with Anthony many times before. He has always gone out of his way to get me the best deal possible. Extremely professional highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
2020 Subaru Impreza review
First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

Oleg and Auto Valley Group were absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend that you reach out to them when looking for a new car. I called Oleg the first time 2 weeks before going to see the vehicle. He was easygoing, helpful and patient. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. He gave us a very fair price and a fair trade in value over the phone. We had all the details worked out before we drove the hundred miles to meet Oleg for the first time. The entire experience could not have been better.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

2023 Subaru Impreza review
We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

Lynnes Nissan review
I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year, while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed, gave me great advise, different options but the job must have been done. Yes that driver on the parkway cost me to spend thousands of dollars but with Mike D’Aloa and the Nissan crew made my car running great again. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services. Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air, without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price, the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.

2011 Subaru Impreza review
I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.
2018 Subaru Impreza review
I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

Kind, honest people with no pressure at all, and they have quality vehicles on the lot. This is the place I'll send my boys to without a second thought when they’re ready for their first cars.
2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

Excellent Communication Jay Algarin was wonderful to work with. Communication was clear, questions were answered promptly, and everything was handled with professionalism. A truly positive experience!
2012 Subaru Impreza review
Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

2013 Subaru Impreza review
This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Ertle Subaru review
This was my second purchase at Ertle. I almost didn’t buy there this time. I did everything via email I didn’t want to go to any dealerships. They originally said they didn’t have the car with the options I was looking. While I was going over all my offers they notified me they had what I was looking for on an inbound delivery. They sent me there out the door price which was the best price. They also didn’t have any dealer options which some of the other dealers tried to sneak in. This was one of the best buying experiences I had no hassle no pressure completely transparent. They even delivered the vehicle. It’s been 2 weeks now and several people from the dealership reached out to me to make sure everything was all good. I highly recommend Ertle.

2019 Subaru Impreza review
I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.
