My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.
My wife and I were very grateful to have dealt with Zack at the dealership. He had wonderful insight about the Subaru vehicles and pointed out many strong attributes of each model as-well as Subaru’s brand as a whole. His knowledge about each model I had inquired about had actually shocked me.. seeing as I had tried a few dealerships before here and they were not as descriptive on each models features. Zack was a pleasure to have done business with as wel as this dealership as a whole. Great experience and better customer service!

Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
This was our first time visiting a Ciocca dealership looking for a used Subaru Forester. We were greeted at the door and although it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon, Kevin Acevedo immediately helped us. We felt comfortable with him and turned out buying a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Kevin turned us over to Ben Walsh in Finance and he did an equally great job. Overall terrific experience.
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.

I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.
Definitely the best experience I???ve had buying a car from a dealer. I found my truck online and went in the next day to check it out. Jordan greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly and professional. They were not pushy and ensured that we got the payments we were comfortable with. Will definitely check them out again during our next car search.
I walked in and was looking to test drive a Mazda 3 after doing some research online into what I wanted my first car to be. I was impressed with the experience I had, as I had no idea what to expect through the process of buying a car. Lane was patient and worked with me to find the car that best fit my needs and my budget, as I started looking at new cars, then moved to the used ones as we worked out the math on payments and my budget. I didn???t feel any pressure from the staff to buy now, they gave me all of the time I needed to make the decision.
Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.

When I walked into Future Auto Sales, I was greeted by a salesman who didn't seem like he was pushing to sell me a car, and really wanted to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. Both Jesse and the owner of the dealership, I believe Arthur was his name, are extremely nice and helpful. By the end of the day, I left with my car and felt like I had make a few friends. Furthermore, they've even given me great deals on oil changes, which is great because I live so close by. If you're considering this dealership, I highly recommend it!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Sellers Subaru and especially with Jazlyn's help. It took me about 5 months to finally make a purchase and Jazlyn always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. We have another Subaru dealership closer to us, but we decided to go the extra distance so we could work with Sellers Subaru. Finance manager Kyle was also helpful explaining the additional options available to add to the car. It would have been nice to have known about these additional add-ons such as windshield protection, tire repair, etc. BEFORE the actual signing of the sale. I don't like to make these additional purchases without time to think about them. On a side note they have a great coffee and snack bar!

He made me feel like a part of the Subaru family and not just a customer. He was so kind and patient and I can???t thank him enough for that. I highly recommend working with Jason. He did not rush me, which was so important to me and he was happy to answer any questions and concerns. Also the manager, I believe his name was Steve, was so kind and Briana the financial manager was an absolute sweetheart. Overall, it was a dream experience because Sellers stands out and is so special compared to other dealerships. If you want to feel like you???re truly and genuinely cared about, go here for your car.
