The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

Recently I purchased a total of three cars from Greenlight Auto. I am 71 years old and purchased more than my share of cars and this experience with Greenlight Auto is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Carlos, the general manager is a true professional in every aspect and is an even better person. If you can not work out a deal with these guys, then you aren't really trying. Steve who had to service all the cars was great and he too went over and beyond the call of duty. My wife, daughter and grandson are and were very pleased with the whole process. Without hesitation , I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. The process from start to finish was quick and simple. I received all the information I needed in one day to make a decision on my purchase. I’m glad I went to premier Subaru in Watertown. The staff is friendly and they let me bring my dog inside. Which was awesome. They provided me with answers to every question I had. I highly recommend them.
We have owned a Suburu since 1999 and also purchased a used GMC pick up from this dealer. We recently purchased a 2019 Forrester and discovered the VIN etching was not completed. We requested a refund as the service was not done and we no longer wished to have the etching. After multiple requests over the past week we still have not received a call back or any other confirmation the refund will be sent. Unfortunately or next action will be to contact the State to receive our refund. It is very unfortunate to be treated this way. We were generally content with the service they provided, Carlos demonstrating the vehicle was excellent, but are now left considering other options for servicing the vehicle.
John Risk, my salesman, was my introduction to the dealership. He was professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure which made for an enjoyable experience. Upon delivery of my car, John greeted me as well as Darlene who spent all the time necessary to explain the features of my Forester followed by more ease in finalizing the paperwork. Let me just start by saying I live two hrs from this dealership and Harry made the one day prossess a pleasant experience.
