Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
Thank you to the Service Department at Village Subaru! The battery in my 2010 Outback started to fail. I called Village Subaru and asked if they could verify what the problem was. I dropped it off, and they replaced the battery for me that afternoon. They went above & beyond for me. I highly recommend the Service Department. Way to go, Service people!

I would give this car a much higher rating but for one FATAL flaw--adults cannot fit in the back seat. the sides slope so far in where they meet the roof that no adult of any significant height can sit back there. my daughter is only 5'10" but her head hits the roof in back unless she tilts her head toward the middle. such a STUPID mistake. i wish i had test driven it with someone in the back seat. i would NOT have bought it. now it's only good for two adults in front and children in back.
This is my 2nd review of the Village Subaru Service department. These guys are still doing a great job. I had them put on new tires the other day and was told by the service tech that they usually do an alignment when they put on new tires. I also was concerned that the brakes may be waring down. I told them that I was more concerned about the brakes, but if I need the alignment its ok to do both.
I left and came back a half hour later and they were ready. Expecting the worst I looked at the bill. $88? I said I must be dreaming somebody pinch me. I said with a smile looks like the alignment and the brakes were ok? I was ready for a puzzled look and a, "whoops we forgot to check". But; without even taking a breath, he said nope the brakes are fine, you probably have another 10k on them and the tires were worn perfectly even no need for an alignment. I got up off the floor and said "you guys are amazing, I cant brag enough about you ".
To top it off I always get a call for the service mgr (its recorded, but we can cut em some slack on that, after all who else even cares?), and am reminded that my satisfaction is important to them,and to call if there are any questions.
Keep up the good work guys, there are some service places you can trust. Correction there is a service place you can trust.

I use to own a 1994 Subaru Legacy but lost it in a car accident. The car was totaled but all passengers were in fact! Safety is priority in these vehicles . After 18 years I was able to buy another Legacy. They are beautifully made, safe, reliable, and stylish! What more can you ask for?!?
I bought my first Subaru Forrester at Village and I was very impressed with them. I walked in cold and luckily i met a very honest and straight shooter by the name of Lincoln. Yes, that's his name. He's a salesman with fantastic knowledge about Subarus. He helped me decide on the Forrester and I am so happy I did. I have had several. People tell me how good it is in the snow and how much I will love. I would highly recommend Lincoln, especially if you are not sure what car you want. He knows everything about them. I love my car and happy with the deal we made. One trip to the manager and I had the price I wanted. No playing games. I don't do that. I will walk before I do that back and forth game. Lincoln did not do that. Good luck and I hope this review helped.

Headline says it all. The EyeSight system isn't superior to anything else I've seen. The infotainment system is the worst I've ever seen or used in a car - constantly freezes or glitches. The AWD is amazing.
I had a good experience dealing with Zak, Vince and Chris. My daughter and I visited the dealership just to look and check out the Outback and Forester. We met sales associate Zak and test drove 2 cars. During this Zak was very pleasant, not pushy, very helpful in pointing out things and answering all our question. We ended up sitting down with Zak and Vince. They agreed to the trade in for my 2003 Highlander that I was hoping for. So I purchased a 2015 Forester 2.5 I premium and so far I am very happy with the car. If you like a friendly, patient, not pushy sales associate with no pressure, look for Zak. Elisabeth McD.

The streering assist takes some getting used to. Also the smart cruise control again needs time to get used to. Lane assist is also another safety feature that can startle you a little till you get used to it. The vehicle it’s self seems well made and solid. I haven’t got enough time in it yet to really comment on the reliability.
What an amazing crew at Village. We worked with Erik while testing and then purchasing a 2003 Outback Subaru. He was excellent and thorough with his follow through. Repairs were done with his co worker Dave, another terrific Village Subaru staff before our purchase and with the exception of a tweaking of the alignment seems to be running great. And finally, our financing was done with Chris and he was efficient, really pleasant and got us a great rate for our financing. Nice job everyone!! Thanks too to Sales Manger John for his part in helping make everything right!

This car handles snow with fun! Basically it handles like a charm and there is nothing I would change. I have the Limited w/ Eyesight which I highly recommend. The downside are the HVAC controls. They are not intuitive at all and I find I have to take my eyes off the roads to make simple adjustments. The screen also reflects the sunlight and can be difficult to see at times. Comfort is excellent, front and back, and ingress/egress is great for folks w/o arthritis. Trunk space is also a plus.
Al Pagliarulo was excellent to work with on the purchase of my 2019 Forrester Limited which I picked up yesterday. This is my first Subaru so I had lots of questions before I purchased the car, did 3 test drives, and had lots of questions when I picked up the car to be sure I knew how to work everything. Throughout the process Al was professional, no pressure, and answered all my questions. In general, I was pleased to find the atmosphere at Patrick friendly and respectful. I liked being greeted by the sales manager Susan whenever I walked in. All the staff seem to work well as a team. None of the craziness and hard sell you find at other places. I LOVE my new Subaru! It was a great choice for me!

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!
After reading reviews of Joe Dinneen -- some from customers who had purchased multiple cars from him -- on this DealerRater website, I specifically made an appointment with Joe. Initially, I was interested in more than one Subaru model, and Joe seemed genuinely interested in finding the right "fit" for me. Throughout my purchase of a 2019 Crosstrek, Joe was very respectful, low-pressure, and extremely responsive to my questions and emails. Tri Le handled the paperwork upon delivery and was also very low-pressure as I declined extra services. I did not finance.

Excellent running car looked good and had everything you would want in a car. The only problem for me was that it had just more miles on it that I had wanted.
Al Pagliarulo is a man of his word and delivered on all his promises when I purchased a pre-owned vehicle today (11-29-2018). He was very knowledgeable, polite and a consummate professional. I owned the Legacy 3.6r limited edition. I bought it new when the next year was coming out. If you can find one that way you have found a unicorn! They hold their value! Excellent car, I wish I still had it.

This car is great. Plenty of leg room its overall a comfortable car for my family. Very safe car to drive thats for sure. We've test drove alot if cars and felt like the Subaru won by a long shot.
I was in the market for to replace my previous car, so I decided to call up Patrick Subaru. Every single person that I interacted with (from phone to sales) was so kind and helpful. This car is a sweet ride. As a Honda and Toyota enthusiast I was apprehensive of this purchase. But living in a snow weathered state made me really value a AWD vehicle. Not desiring a SUV I opted for a sedan that had a similar look and feel to the Accord and Camry. The Subaru Legacy 2.5 premium is a nice ride roomy for me and my with nice bells and whistles including touch screen infotainment system heated seats and alloy wheels. The body exterior is classy yet not as sporty as I would have desired. Overall sweet ride with lots of power.
Mike was honest, patient, and efficient in selling me my first 2019 car! I have no complaints about him. I would 100% recommend Mike Katz to anyone looking to buy a car at Patrick Suburu. I had the best experience!

This is the most solid car I've owned. The safety factor is amazing, I feel comfortable driving my grandchildren around with the ten airbags! Has plenty of room for five adults, and has a nice big trunk. All in all I love this car!!

This is the 2nd Legacy I've owned. They are fantastic vehicles, no issues, does better than imagined in snow. I've already purchased my 3rd. The only reason I get rid of them is because I drive 30k miles/yr and I don't like having vehicles over 100k. I averaged about 32 mpg over the life of the car (mostly highway).
Previously owned a 2007 Acura RL. My Subaru Legacy 3.6R gives me more performance and a smoother ride. Has every feature I wanted. The Eyesight safety feature is awesome. Other cars I test drove did not come close. So impressed we purchased a new Subaru Impreza for our Grandaugher with Eyesight. Previously owned Honda products.
Brendan made buying my 2018 Audi SQ5 extremely easy and straight forward, no games, no endless back and forth. quickest car buying experience I???ve had. He???s on top of his game and goes the extra mile for his clients. I would highly recommend Brendan if you???re looking for an Audi.

Excellent car offering high mpg for 4wd(symmetrical). Can’t beat a Subaru on this! Previously owned a Legacy GT and after many miles, went back for another, (minus the turbo).
Mike was very friendly, pleasant and got me in and out in less than the 1hr 15min. I was told my car would take, when I made the appointment. Love that I am able to get service on a Sunday as well. Very convenient You Rock Mike!!!!
