I had been putting off car shopping for a long time, as I was very intimidated by the process. I finally bit the bullet and decided to visit Subaru of Kings Auto Mall to look for a new vehicle. This was my first-ever car shopping experience and I genuinely could not have hoped for a better one. Rob spent several hours with my family and I to ensure that we were thoroughly informed of all of our options, placing no pressure on us to make a decision we were not comfortable making. He was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable and honest. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go and Rob is the man to see!
My sales person was J T Howard and he was excellent. He listened to what I had to say about my needs and helped me find the Subaru that really was best for me. He was very respectful and i really appreciated that so much.

It has been a long time since I purchased a new vehicle. The whole process was handled efficiently by my salesperson, Dale Finger. Dale's knowledge of the paper work, explanations of questions, and the Outback was very good and made it a good buying experience.
We were stressed coming into this Subaru dealership. We just went to look. However, we were made to feel completely at ease by our salesman, J.T. Howard. He assured us that he would work hard for our best interest and then...he did just that. Surprising! He listened to our likes and dislikes and never tried to pressure us otherwise (unlike other dealerships, I might add). He negotiated the deal we wanted with Darryl Russell and staff and we actually purchased our first Subaru that day! Neither of us would have guessed that we would have made a decision. We were jaded and frankly "snippy" when we entered but left with a sense of trust and satisfaction. It may be our first Subaru, but it won't be our last. We ran a business for years and it's nice to know that there are still places you can go to get a good honest experience.
Went in on a Monday to test drive a used car. Staff were very friendly and helped me right away. 5 hours later I was driving my new to me ride home. It was an overall pleasant experience. However, I asked that the car get detailed and serviced. Not very certain that either happened. Other than that it was a good experience.
I’d call it a 10. Excellent. Start to finish. When Jesse Storm realized I’d been working with Dave Harford (I thought it was Brad) he immediately put me with Dave, and I was treated with respect and GREAT support (even as he did his job of trying to sell me a car) as I went through the process of assessing the car’s suitability to me. In the end, it was not. However, I’m now shopping the Kenwood Dealers group and will absolutely use Dave again. I will tell also my friends about the positive experience I had.
I emailed the dealership about a car I was interested in and was informed that the car had just been sold. I received an email the following day letting me know that the customer changed their mind and the car was now available. I went to drive the car that night and the salesman was very knowledgeable about Subarus. I test drive the car and told the salesman that I thought it needed an alignment. I bought the car and they had it detailed and aligned the next day. When I came tonfrt it the salesman spent almost an hour in the car showing me how to work everything and he linked my phone and personalized a lot of the features for me. He was amazing!
