We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

After seeing one of their cars advertised on Auto trader, with extremely low miles and fantastic price, we visited the Cleo Bay website and began researching their inventory and BBB rating. We were impressed by what I saw and called to “feel them out”. With no appointment scheduled and impressed by what I heard, we decided to make the 1 hour drive from Waco to Killeen to see their operation for ourselves. We were welcomed by Mark Timm as soon as we pulled up. We found a very professional and clean showroom with some very nice antique automobiles. We knew what we were there to see. The entire Cleo Bay staff is highly knowledgeable about each car in their inventory and never pressures you to buy, which is truly refreshing. Even when it came to the warranty, we felt absolutely no pressure. In fact, we were able to extend the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty due to the vehicle being so new and such low mileage. With our particular purchase, we found their price of the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to be up to $5000 cheaper than we could find anywhere else --unbelievable! What sealed the deal was the awesome trade-in allowance they offered us on our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium which was more than any other dealer had offered us. Simply put, Cleo Bay offers the best selection, price, and customer service you will find. In fact, if you don’t find exactly what you are looking for, just tell Mark what you want and he will try to find it for you. 2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.
