After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. 2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.
