Had the pleasure of spending some much needed time with Garrett Richardson, familiarizing myself with all of the features, toggles, joy sticks, scrolling buttons, "button" buttons on my new A3! What a great car! Knowing what features are available and how to access them is essential for the "complete" experience. I paid for the "whole" automobile, so it only makes good sense to learn how it all works and comes together with the touch of a finger ... or two. Audi has done a masterful job at manufacturing exotic, quality automobiles! In my opinion, even my A3 is an "EXOTIC"! I love it! Maybe I can reach for the stars some day and get behind the wheel of one of those R8 + rocket ships! Thank you, Garrett, for your patience & communication skills during our A3 "meet & greet". You are outstanding! May need to phone in a few lingering questions some time but for now, I'm pushing all the buttons with confidence and enjoying the heck out of my new Audi ride!

The only concern that I had was the fact my leg room may have been less then I had hoped for. Other then that it was an outstanding auto.
Excellent service, vehicle came in for scheduled maintenance and a couple of issues I wanted addressed before a long road trip up the east coast. Turnaround time was excellent.
I have had a Toyota for over 35 years so I have been to many dealerships. Toyota dealerships run from excellent to well meaning but incompetent to absolutely reprehensible. When they are good, they are very, very good and when they are bad they are horrid. This was my first experience with Germain and I'm very, very pleased in every way. From the moment I arrived I was treated as a valued customer. Peggy M. obviously knows how to keep customers happy. She listened to all that I needed done now that my Tundra has 100,000 plus miles and got things in motion very efficiently. After the technician had a chance to look at my truck, she took me back and we all went over the details. There was a minor issue that I hadn't noticed and one of the major concerns I had turned out not to be needed yet. One of the greatest concerns any new customer has with a repair department is trust. After talking with the technician I was confident that a) he knew what needed to be done and could do it the way it should be done, and b) he was not suggesting repairs that were unnecessary. I could certainly see that the service department was very busy but my truck was ready more quickly than I expected. If I were the owner's brother I can't imagine that I would have been treated any better.

Great crossover. A lots of room, lots of good features. Easy to drive, comfortable on long trips. Great visibility. Very quiet in the passenger compartment compared to other vehicles I have owned.
This was our second purchase from this dealership. I had such a wonderful experience with my A4 (which we still own and continues to get serviced here) that we went back when ready for another Audi (a Q3). Armando was amazing, such a pleasure to work with! Jared was equally impressive and helped us feel like we were getting the best deal possible. we would absolutely recommend this dealership to our family and friends!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
When it comes to safety, reliability, value for the money, and best of all it's performance in the snow, Subaru is hands down the VERY BEST. I would challenge any other car brand to beat any of these qualities in a car . . . no matter what the price!!!
Incredible experience and easy transaction. Highly recommend

We have bought about a dozen new cars in our lifetime and have our share of horrible dealer experiences. It is always something I dread. I don't try to lowball. I do my research and have a target range that is reasonable. (typically a TrueCar price). For trade-ins, I get KBB trade in value or actual CarMax quote and am okay with that. But things never happen smoothly. Dealers often won't work with you via email. You get shuffled around from Internet sales to Managers. Sometimes even multiple trips. My wife had a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and was wanting to change to an SUV. I had emailed for "Internet Price" on a couple vehicles including Volvo XC90 and BMW X5. Despite the dealer sites having big buttons for "Click here to get Internet Price" not one dealer gave me a price. So the dreadful games begin. Then a friend recommended Naples Acura/Audi/Inifiniti. I decided to look at Acura. They had one that was the right color and options. I sent an email with my pricing and trade-in values. They got back to me quickly and we agreed upon a fair price. We live an hour away in Parkland and they even arranged to have the vehicle delivered to our house and pick up our trade-in. They were on-time and no surprises. This was by far the best service we have received buying a car. Marianne in finance did offer a few add-ons which we turned down mainly because we live so far. But there was no pressure whatsoever. Francesca was the sales rep and delivered the vehicle to our home and walked my wife through all the features and even set up her phone to connect. My only regret is that we live so far away, we likely will service our car locally. Would have been happy to get service at Naples Acura based on the service we received. We will definitely be back.
This vehicle satisfies all of my needs. Very reliable, well equipped, everyday driver. This vehicle has more than ample room for passengers and cargo. Very easy to drive, and comfortable.
This was my first experience at this Honda location and it was a very good one . The services were performed in good time and afterwards did a nice job of washing my 2016 civic . Way to go Honda of Fort Myers .
