I've owned three (3) different Dodge Durangos, 1999 SLT.., a 2001 SLT I still have and also I currently have a 2012 Citadel. I mention the history of my auto ownership so that maybe my review will not be viewed as just another random one time review of a Dodge dealership.
I've experienced Dodge dealerships from North Carolina to the northern part of Connecticut to Florida roughly a 1,200 mile span. I can truly say everyone of the dealerships were clean, professionally situated to accommodate customers and efficient in their service.
In April of 2017 I took my Dodge Citadel to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge for a oil change. That was the very first time I frequent this facility but by the time my auto was finished I felt like I had been there many times.
It wasn't just the service representative that interacted with me, but the service tech, and service representative that greets every customer, and that behavior extended to other service techs as well. In other words everyone at this facility treated me as though I was their client.
Would I recommend Posner Park Chrysler to anyone else...? I would recommend Posner Park Chrysler to EVERYONE ESLE...! I am completely elated that it is the closest dealer to my home that will be servicing my auto.

Funnest car ive ever owned. Fits some kids and a girlfriend, but its better by yourself. I wouldn’t travel very far in it but overall it’s great.
I drove in to the Service Department without an appointment for a Check Engine light that was on. The Service Manager Marc Scotch saw me right away and made arrangements to get my car in. After a short time the problem was diagnosed and the repair was made while I waited in the Customer Lounge. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

car was full of creature comforts, from heated seats and mirrors,to back up camera and paddle shifters. some road noise but its the nature of the beast for this model. i didn't buy it for comfort. Its a sports car with a budget that gives you AWD, turbo and great styling!
We came to look at a car fax truck 04 Ford and ended up in a 2010 f-150 couldn't be happier. Thanks to Preston we were able to negotiate a price that we could afford. We never felt under pressure and felt like he was working for us thanks. We will definitely send any of our friends there, and the barbecue was worth the trip. Gotta go Mr Maurice Paquin😎😎
For having to go in to get my car worked on, it just doesn't get any better. Not only was the work completed in much less time than originally stated, they also thoroughly cleaned the car, inside and out. Plus, the people there were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Even though they are 32 miles from my house, I will gladly travel the distance next time my car needs work.

Quality and performance are top notch but the infotainment system is third rate. Half the time Bluetooth won’t connect to my iPhone. When it does and I’m playing music, the song information won’t refresh. The only thing that works consistently is SiriusXM and local FM/ AM.
The build quality is really good. The car is solid and seats are comfortable and the ride is acceptable for a performance vehicle.
The time came after having leased a Honda Civic through Brandon Honda for three years to obtain a new lease. My wife, Judy, and I spent a grueling 4-hours in a competing (non Honda) dealership drawn to seeking a future car lease that had the "Apple Play" feature. The idea of being able to sink our iPhone with Pandora, use the "Ask Siri" feature et al was very appealing to us. We knew that the 2017 Honda Civics (EX) also had this feature, but we wanted to "shop" other dealerships for other cars that had the same. That drew us to the Brandon Chevrolet Dealership to look at the Chevy Malibu. The 4-hours there was nothing short of exhausting and stressful. During that time, the young salesperson made several trips back-and-forth from us to the Manager's Office in our attempt to come together with a lease price. While I realize there's a big difference in the list price between a Honda Civic and a Chevrolet Malibu ... it could be expected that we would realize negotiations about monthly lease payments. When have we ever not had that experience in car dealerships? However, our experience there was like none we had ever realized. There was not one (1) time that the manager made an effort to introduce himself to us; to explain the reasons why our expectations of a lease price would not match his bottom line. . While we totally recognized that we would have a larger lease price for that car, there still was no effort on that manager's part to "humanize" his position with us. We could see him through his glass office talking to our sales rep repeatedly during our long stay there, he never took the effort to come to us personally; to show that show and explain his position. Finally, after hours there, we left that dealership and went to Brandon Honda where we had leased our Civic 3-years prior. We had our letter that Grant Hacking had sent us that encouraged us to come back to Brandon Honda. In his letter, Grant wrote that he could waive the last 2-3 months lease payment and very possibly start anew with a 2017 Honda EX with no payment down; and very possibly have no change in our monthly lease payment. And we knew that the 2017 Honda Civic had the "Apple Play" feature. When we sat down with Grant, he introduced us to Ajay Lund whom was assisting Grant throughout our time at his office. Our experience with them was a combination of realizing both a breath-of-fresh-air and amazement. There was no bait-and-switch attempt. In contrast to what we had experienced at the Chevrolet Dealership, we were pinching ourselves. Was this really happening? Both Grant and Ajay were so low key, personable, and knowledgeable about their product. Nothing but great advice was realized without any need for them to go back to another manager for approval. Grant's body of information in his letter to us was without any smoke-and-mirrors. He was great! And our experience with Ajay was phenomenal! His knowledge about the Honda fleet of cars was excellent, and his caring way of making our experience pleasurable was as good as it gets ...from helping us learn how to navigate within the Apple Play features to attending to getting our 2015 Honda Civic switched out; and expediting the turnaround time of having our new 2017 Honda Civic detailed for us. What a great team Grant and Ajay were for us! Thank-you so much! Mike & Judy Donaldson Lithia, Florida

The Subaru exceeded my expectations. I love it more everyday. A sporty car that is still practical. Also my favorite color for a car, red.
