Kevin was the sales manager that helped us out and provided an easy to work with no pressure attitude. He did a great job going over the features of the car and really helping us understand all the technology. We had been at another dealership the day before and certainly did not get this level of expertise in the car we looked at. When it came time to negotiate and purchase, it was nice to have the set fair price on the car that we were purchasing and we were given fair market value for our trade right off the bat. It was easy, no pressure and will be going back when it's time for us to purchase our next car.

He explained everything in detail as I was new to many of the things that the new cars have today. However, I cannot recommend the Lady in the finance department. She was very pushy and would not stop trying to get me to purchase more insurance even after I told her to stop. She was just wasting mine and her time.

2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek review
Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

We just bought our second new Honda (2026 Ridgeline and 2024 Pilot) from AutoNation Honda Sanford within the last 2 years. Very happy with how this dealership handles Internet-coordinated sales (most dealerships near Ocala are lacking in this respect). Amy was awesome to work with! She understood how I wanted to communicate, that I had specific requirements, and was very supportive through to the very end (keys in hand). It even involved a trade-in, but with lots of pictures and details we were able to reach an acceptable agreement on that too. We had ALL the details worked out before we ever arrived at the dealership to take delivery (90 min drive from Ocala). We showed up with the trade, test drove the Ridgeline, and finished everything as expected. I will say that I had already done a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted. There were a few dealer equipment add-ons that I did not care much about, but those were reasonablely handled as well. Again, Amy was incredibly nice and helpful. I will absolutely refer friends to work with Amy at this dealership. We've had bad other dealership experiences in the past, but this is not one of them for us.
