Bright and clean with comfortable seating and refreshment options. My car was ready on time, sparkling clean inside and out. This dealership does a great job. I left impressed and satisfied. I never drove a Subaru before and I am so happy with this car. It handles well and is great on gas!! It has many safety features! I wanted an SUV that had all wheel drive that you can use over 25 miles per hour in snowy conditions. This car has that! Really happy with my purchase!

Our BMW X5 was just out of warranty and would in need some costly repairs. On the fly, my wife and I️ went to Sewell Subaru since we love the dealership. Unfortunately, where we are with our finances we needed our X5 paid off and a lower payment on the Subaru. We were headed towards leasing and this situation helped us. Will worked with our monthly figure and was super duper patient, helpful, fill up our gas and washed our car twice. He was super transparent and helpful in getting us comfortable. He was great to my daughters too. Special recognition for Michael the finance manager to getting my deal done. We leased a 2020 Ascent Touring and we love the SUV with so much more space for the 3rd row. I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

This was my first experience with Sewell and Subaru. Everything about the dealership "oozed" professionalism. As an independent older woman, I was never talked down to or treated differently. In my experience with buying or repairing cars, that is huge. We notice. William Hunt was my sales associate and, in my opinion, is a wonderful example of the Sewell ethic. Professional, but personable; knowledgeable, handling my questions with ease. He treated his cohorts with the same respect and professionalism that I received. And they responded in kind. My 2nd Subaru, quiet and roomy. I am 6'2" and this is the first car with the leg room and interior height where I do not feel cramped. Just the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I for getting around. Smooth ride and excellent handling. Visibility from the drivers seat is outstanding, The surround vision on our Touring model is very helpful for getting into tight parking and judging distances to objects in front or behind us. The ability to switch the review mirror from Mirror to Camera Mode for viewing objects beneath the hatchback window. The remote start with climate set has spoiled us for getting into a cold car in the winter or unbearably hot in summer. The information main screen was intimidating at first, but after a month we are quite comfortable with it. The menus at first seemed overwhelming but we quickly learned that once they are setup to our needs, they do not have to be accessed again, especially with the facial recognition making the comfort settings when either one of us sit in the drivers seat. My biggest complaint so far, is that if you turn off the engine start/stop function , you are reminded every time you start the car that it is indeed off and to confirm by pressing the confirm button on the screen. Very annoying. other than that we are very happy with the 2026 Forester Touring.

Have owned this 2019 Subaru ascent touring model for just over 2 years. Eye site feature is my fav. Car responds to changing traffic speeds automatically. great in heavy highway traffic. The Subaru service department at my dealership keeps it in tp top shape. I highly highly recommend this car. I'm sure the newer models are even better.

No haggle pricing here. Erica was an awesome salesperson, ask for her. Easy transaction, in and out in less than 90 minutes. Mainly as long as you're good with the price, they take you upstairs to finance. Car gets prepped in the meantime with full tank of gas etc. It came back really clean after buying.

This is my second WRX. My first (which I still have) is a 2002 Impreza WRX. I bought this car (2024) for long trips with the family and dog (cane corso). The foreseeable future does not see me daily driving it, tho I am sure it could handle it without any fuss. It has room for storage on trips and to the grocery store. Excellent platform for autocross, rally cross, track days, overlanding and as stated before long trips. This is a car that is hard to beat for its value and versatility.

It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

We visited Five Star Subaru to look at SUVs and were greatly pleased with the customer service we experienced. We had Nick immediately greet us inside. We let him know off the bat that we were not in a place to purchase same day and he was extremely pleasant and still gave us his full attention and guidance through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable regarding the Outback and Forester and we really appreciated the fact that he personally owns both of those vehicles. He answered all of our questions. I can truly say that we will be purchasing a Subaru a lot quicker than originally planned because of his hospitality, pleasantness and expertise.

After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!

First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. Best car buying experience I’ve had in a number of years. Staff was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure in the entire process was stress-free and I am very grateful for that.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

This is my 4th Subaru and my 2nd Ascent. Overall it is a superb vehicle with minor issues in my view. The Driver Monitoring function is basically annoying. Either it disables itself or doesn’t alert at all (I’m always wearing sunglasses). The infotainment screen, at boot up, is agonizingly slow with some improvement after a couple of minutes. I assume that it is a processor issue. The front camera switch is in an awkward position (on the center console). It should be on the steering wheel or an icon on the screen. Acceleration is very good, brakes and steering as well. It is very quiet. Visibility is outstanding. All of the safety features are major pluses. Seats are very comfortable.

Although I bought another Make and Model used car and not a Subaru at Five Star Subaru, the sales and finance staff was very helpful during the test drive process and stayed late on a weekday evening to accommodate my work schedule. Five star service at Five Star Subaru.

They made the whole process so smooth and hassle free my salesperson was awesome he did the put any pressure or on me and made it really easy i got to take my car home the second day!! The safety feature saved us before we had 100 miles on the car. A van ran a stop a sign and the automatic braking stopped us 6-12" from being broadsided. Van was going 30 - 35MPH so it was great that we were saved by that.

We test drove the Grand Hylander and the Kia and this was by far the best riding vehicle. We love the all-wheel drive and the comfort of the seats. Drives quiet and super smooth. We were also able to get the car for significantly less than the other two options.
