I have been always a Honda guy since I had my driver license. Recently, my lifestyle became more active, I would like to get Subaru a try through Costco Auto Program. Daniel did excellent job for always following up with me and try to get the model and trim I look for. I am impressed how smooth the entire purchasing was. Called on a used Subaru Impreza and the salesperson answered all the questions on the phone. When I got to the dealership they had my car ready and clean. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great used car or a new car.

This was our 3rd Honda purchase and we are so happy! Everything about our experience was great! Matt Refaie was so knowledable and took his time when I was checking out explaining everything to me so I completely understood the new features. I tell all of our friends and family to go to Weir Honda!
They checked me in before I could get out of my truck with a I Pad and asked me to wait in the very nice waiting room. They sent me a text to ask if I would like anything. Within an hour the nice lady handed me my keys and asked me to see the cashier for my receipt and I was on my way.
GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE, SALESMAN ANTONIO WAS GOOD AND FUN, HE TOOK MY BARBS AND KIDDING IN STRIDE. RONICE THE GAL THAT DOES THE PAPER WORK HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY, SHE COULD TAKE MY KIDDING AND FIRE BACK A COMEBACK, HAD A GREAT HANDSHAKE.
ONLY PROBLEM, DOING THE PAPERWORK TOOK TOO LONG, I PRESUME BECAUSE QUITE A FEW CARS WERE SOLD THAT DAY
sold me car with no spare tire. Once they finally agreed to give me a spare, service department doesn't answer phone or call back when you leave message.
This dealership seems overwhelmed, understaffed.
Went here in search of a truck. Was helped out by a wonderful young man who had the truck pulled up front for me when I got there. Took me on a short little test drive and was able to work with me on getting to the payment I was looking for. The paperwork took no time at all compared to some of the other dealerships I had been to. Overall had a great experience here at Fontana Motors and will definitely be back for my next car! Highly recommend this place to anyone that is in the search for nice luxury cars at highly affordable prices!
