Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

Great car but excessive tones/beeps/alarms/etc. Jolting. You think something is wrong with the car. Especially the seat belt one—SCREAMS at you. Creates stupid drivers who rely on all these warnings.

Car is great in Pennsylvania winter, it has a great exterior styling but the interior feels cheaper. I’m not upset with this as it’s a sub 30,000 car and I see the trade off with the legacy for the price is the engine being ~100 horsepower more to the crank while the legacy with less power has a much nicer interior. Also VERY happy this car comes in a Manual and will continue to buy them so long as this stays.

Very good power, fantastic AWD system, goes very well in snow. Keeps up with V8 cars and can go threw snow like a truck. Only downside is fuel economy is poor for a 4 Cylinder and loud road noise.

Love this Subaru! This is my 6th Subaru and first WRX. The car absolutely flies, not sure what happens at 3500 miles but the Turbo comes into a life of its own. So much power in 3 and 4th gear it is incredible. If you are in the market for a sports sedan test drive the WRX!

At the start, I wanted the Toyota 86 over the Subaru BRZ. However, the supply for a new Toyota 86 is zero in my area, and the Toyota dealerships were not interested or able to help. Thus, this motivated me to investigate the Subaru BRZ--and I glad I did. My nearby Subaru dealership is wonderful in customer treatment, vehicle inventory, and price. The BRZ offers more for the money and will have Subaru instead of Toyota to service the Subaru engine that is used on both the 86 and BRZ models. The appearance, handling, and response are great.

One of the best cars I have ever owned. It drives like a dream, has more get-up-and-go then I ever thought a 4 cyl. could have. I make a 3000 miles trip from Texas to Utah in may and averaged 34 miles per gallon. I would recommend them to everyone.

mechanically sound but the electronics stink. Radio won't play. Screen insensitive at times. Not at all pleased with electronic connection with car. Wish I had my old 11 outback . Also brakes will engage without pressing to brake pedal. Get rid of the safe driving message.

When we needed to buy a used vehicle, we were having a challenging time finding the right place for the right price. Therefore we started looking online in different websites and we saw a vehicle that we really liked. The discouraging part was that the dealership where we liked a vehicle was only rated one star. We really liked this vehicle and the price. So we decided to read through the reviews and read thoroughly how bad this place could be for us to not want to come in to get the vehicle we really wanted. However as we read the reviews, we realized that 20/21 reviews were great and consistent and one only was negative. So we gave it the benefit of the doubt and moved forward with going to the dealership. This was the best decision we could’ve made. Mr. Johnny had great customer service, he made us feel very welcomed, comfortable and understood Our situation and helped us meet our needs. We left the dealership happily in our new Tahoe and glad to have read these reviews. We strongly recommend others to do the same, because this dealership does not deserve one star rating Because of one bad review. It is really unfair to be rated this way. 2021 OB 2.5 Touring. I drive to Atlanta several times a year from Detroit and have gone up to 530 miles on a tank and average about 32 MPG for the entire journey. When it's time to fill-up, it's time to stop for the night. It is comfortable. I love the tech. My only complaint is the lane centering. It can make you feel like you're fighting the car sometimes. I only use it sparingly on long, low-traffic sections of I-75 - Great through Ohio. Eyesight is SUPERB! as are the Heated/Ventilated seats and heated steering wheel. It is a car that plays well with others. Tom-Tom is excellent, and it is usually great for helping us avoid traffic jams... Also, let us know (usually) where the rest stops are. Installing Map updates is a snap, and it does that often. The suspension is comfortable and handles Detroit area roads (8 Mile), potholes especially, with aplomb. There are times that I wish I had bought the XT, Turbo version, but that is rare. I mean, who doesn't want more power occasionally. Most of the time, I am quite pleased with the MPGs; it gets 28-ish city and 32-ish highway. I usually have Eyesight set to 5 MPH over the posted limit.

Got my 2020 a few years back been a soild car. Haven't had one major issue with any of the car drivableity of the car. But thank again my service record is flawless . But for an all wheel drive car she pulls hard when your ready to have fun but can just cruise when you need her to the drive modes are a great ad to it . But all and all would recommend anybody give it a look and go test drive one .

I dealt with probably 8-10 different dealers before contacting Norm Reeves Hyundai and wished I had just reached out to them sooner. I drove 100 miles out of my way based on a FEELING that I had about them as well as my dealing with Zo Saleem over emails and text and felt assured that there would be no games, no bait and switch, no drama and I was right. I’ve owned multiple sports cars and this is one of the best in terms of value. It’s not the fastest in a straight line but that’s not what it’s designed for. It handles so well in the turns and is still comfortable for doing long road trips. They are super easy to modify and super easy to work on.
