I was treated respectfully, they honored all of their promises, and were excellent communicators. I did not visit the dealer until the night I picked up the vehicle. Everything was negotiated by email until Molly, their internet sales person, called me to say she wanted my business and had the color I wanted. She matched the price of another dealer and that sealed it for me. Adam Driewer sold me the car. He communicated by text, email, phone, and set me up with 0% financing and installation of my select accessories. The best thing is that the prices matched perfectly to what Adam quoted me when I signed the paperwork at the finance office. For that reason I can recommend Sommers as a trustworthy dealership. After experiencing some bait and switches in my life, this experience was such a relief. The deal went as planned and without any issue. Their finance mangaer Matt was extremely professional and inspired confidence and trust. I was waiting for the hidden fee but there were none. 10/10

I am just amazed of what great customer service my husband and I received. The minute we walked in the door we met Jim Naus, our sales person and he was amazing. He was never pushy and answered all our question on the many cars that they had for sale. We decided to purchase the Subaru Outback and went though all the paperwork with ease. They answered all our questions on finance and maintenance on the car. I really recommend that you stop by at Sommer's for your next car purchase. Make sure you ask for Jim Naus! Great experience. Matt was very helpful in explaining the different features on the various Highlander models. Helped me quickly figure out which one I wanted. Second highlander from Russ Darrow. Great customer service keeps me coming back.
The salesman was very helpful and didn't try to sell me a vehicle that they wanted off the lot. He also let me test drive the ones I wanted to compare even if it was not in the most ideal spot, if other vehicles needed to moved it was done.
Outstanding customer service! Dave took great care of us and kept us up to date every step of the way, we will be taking both of our fords back for service when needed.
