I sent pictures of our current truck, within a short amount of time he replied back with a great price and trade in allowances for ours. We agreed on the price and we drove from Florida to Ohio to make the purchase. Once we arrived he greeted us at the door, we were in and out within a few hours. We could not be more pleased! 2019 Chevrolet Equinox review
The 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier 2.0 AWD is great overall. The 2.0 liter model is very reliable on the freeway and works wonderfully for family trips with children as the back seat is quite comfortable. The 1.5 liter model struggles to get up to freeway speeds in our prior test drive, but it doesn't feel like that at all with the 2.0 liter. The Bose Premium Audio does not have a subwoofer, but the speakers have a deep low range and provide the feeling of a full audio experience. It's quite entertaining when you are jamming out at high volume and your pantleg is rattling from the door speaker. Issue 1. The front seats are rather short leaving 4-5 finger widths from the end of the seat to the back of the legs which results in your legs feeling like they are dangling off the seat, whereas you want something closer to 2-3 finger widths. I am average height of 5'9", so this would be more uncomfortable for taller people. The passenger seat specifically presses into your right leg causing it to start to go numb after 30 minutes, so long road trips in the front passenger seat are quite uncomfortable. Issue 2. I have the 2.0 Premier AWD with every bell and whistle available, and it still "feels" like I am surrounded by plastic. I understand that Chevy is not a luxury brand, but the max comfort trim leaves much to be desired. Issue 3. The Adaptive Cruise feature will randomly disable itself in clear weather. It rarely happens, but it seems to happen for no obvious reason. Disabling Cruise Control and re-enabling it resolves the matter, so it is a minor annoyance more than anything. Something I found amusing - The owner's manual says to use 5w30 for all weather conditions above -20f, then has a caveat to use 0w30 in -20f conditions, and then on the next page has yet another caveat to use 0w40 in -20f conditions.

2018 Nissan Rogue review
Just purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Landmark Automotive, in West Chester Pa. The car is beautiful, runs so smoth and quiet. Its quite peppy barely touch the gas a it really moves. Sound system is amazing, and I love the push start. No problems so far and I really love that its got a two year warrenty. 2015 Subaru Outback review
I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

2015 Buick Enclave review
We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

2013 Toyota Venza review
I just bought this 2013 4 cylinder Venza with 126K miles on it. I have the base LE trim. My primary reason for buying it is because I am 6'4" tall and this model does not have a sunroof. All cars with a sunroof have lower head room. The only minor issue is the suspension is very firm and I feel every bump. But that firm ride also makes emergency high speed maneuvers safe. There is no top heavy rocking like most SUVs suffer from.

Buying a truck from over 100 miles away usually feels like ordering barbecue through a keyhole… you hope it’s good, but you’re not entirely sure what’s on the other side. That was me, parked behind a screen, working through Carfax listings and a Capital One preapproval, eyeballing a pro-owned 2020 Nissan Frontier at Byers Chevrolet. Now, credit where it’s due, the online listing had more photos than a proud grandparent’s wallet. Clean shots, clear angles, nothing hiding in the shadows. But I’m the kind of guy who wants to see what’s going on underneath too. I asked for a few undercarriage pics, and Eddie Castenada didn’t blink. Sent them over quick and clean. Eddie wasn’t in, which is usually the part of the movie where the music gets a little tense. But that’s when Austin Needham steps in. Now there’s always that moment when you meet a new salesperson… you’re both sizing each other up like two dogs at a fence. But Austin? He skipped all that. Calm, easygoing, no pressure. Within about 90 seconds, I went from “Let’s see how this goes” to “Alright, I can work with this guy.” We took the Frontier out for a test drive, and Austin’s demeanor didn’t change one bit. Same steady tone, same authentic feel. No sales script, no tap-dancing… just a guy who knows how to let the truck do the talking. And I’ll say this, he carries himself with a level of confidence that goes a whole lot further than his years might suggest. Then came the part everyone braces for… the negotiation. And here’s where Byers surprised me. No marathon. No “let me talk to my manager” disappearing act. I moved a little, they moved a little… done. Quick, fair, and refreshingly free of the usual nickel-and-dime routine. It felt more like a conversation than a contest. Next stop, finance, where I met Luke Flowers. Now I walked in with a preapproval from Capital One at around 10%, thinking I was set. Luke takes a look and says, “Mind if I try to beat that?” That’s usually dealer-speak for “this might take a while,” but sure enough, he comes back and knocks it down to 8%. Any time someone saves you two points on a loan, that’s not just paperwork… that’s real money back in your pocket. And I don’t care who you are, that’ll put a little extra pep in your step walking out the door. End of the day, the whole experience at Byers Chevy in Groveport was exactly what you hope for but don’t always get… low stress, professional, and actually pleasant. Eddie set the tone early with responsiveness. Luke delivered where it counts. But Austin? He’s the guy who tied the whole thing together. Calm, genuine, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re shopping from a distance and wondering if the trip is worth it… yeah, it is. And if you get Austin… well, go ahead and relax a little. You’re in good hands.
2016 Kia Sorento review
I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport review
We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

2013 Mazda CX-5 review
For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport review
Well this is the first one I've ever owned. It only has 75,000 miles which is nice. The only thing is that I wish the dealership would have added the extra key with it. It only came with one key and key fob. Also didn't have the owner's manual which the dealership did get the owner's manual but the other information like to start up guide and the maintenance schedule was not with it. So I guess I'll have to try to order that. Looks like it's going to cost between $200 and $350 for a key.the dealership should have just got an extra key and added the cost onto the price of the vehicle.

2014 Acura MDX review
As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
