My Salesman, Joe D. was very helpful and professional throughout the whole experience. He was not pushy or aggressive and made it a point to be helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Joe D. and Allen Chevrolet dealership to my friends and family any time. Thanks Joe D. Only other item I would make sure to pay attention to, is when the customer is receiving their purchase, attention to detail on interior and exterior cleaning should be more focused. IE., adhesive from covers be removed on interior door handles and any blemishes be removed.

I think the Wagoneer is a beautiful car. I think of the various colors, the Wagoneer looks better in white. The ride is smooth and comfortable. It has so many practical features such as the GPS system. After travelling routinely to the same place, it remembers. I love that the side mirrors turn downward when in reverse to ensure that the area is clear. Having 3 rows of seating is very helpful and passengers riding in the 3rd row have raved about the leg room. When in reverse, you are alerted that a vehicle is approaching way before the vehicle reaches you. I also liked that I could program my garage so that I don't have to get out of the vehicle. I just press the button and the garage automatically opens/closes. It has a great sound system and I just love the exterior paint. Whenever I give it a wash, it looks like showroom elegance. It also has a screen on the passenger side that you can plug your HDMi cable to watch different things. Sooooooo many features that I love on this beautiful car. Performance has been great. I have a 2022 Wagoneer so I'm not sure if the newer Wagoneer gives you more gas mileage. The amount of gas it uses would be my only set back to this vehicle but I still love my Wagoneer!

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

John Allen and his team went out of their way to help me decide the direction to take. I was impressed over their knowledge and they did not pressure me into a sale . That is rare. I recommend this dealer

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

It is a reliable vehicle I use for my field trips as a Scientific Researcher in the University. Performance and Reliability are the Hallmarks. It takes you there and Back with no worries of being left midstream.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I have a 2021 Jeep renegade that I bought in November 2023 for $24,000 and change. It had 4400 miles on it. Of course, at first, I loved it. The auto four-wheel-drive, the big screen navigation /stereo system. the fact that the back seats lay down. If you take the headrests off, they lay flat. Then I drove it for awhile and here is the lists of ‘add ons’ it should have. 1)The door pockets up front are just to small. 2) The center arm rest console could be bigger. 3) The dash is too deep. Jeeps dash should be shorter, like a truck. 4) The seats should have seat warmers (even my old Nissan Juke had seat warmers) 5) The hatchback has no interior light so in the dark, you need a flashlight to look for things, remove groceries etc. 6) There is space for a spare tire but since this edition came with ‘flat free’ tires (idk the actual name for them) that space could have been made larger for storage. 7) When the back seats are up, the storage behind them is very small and limited. I realize this is a smaller SUV but I expected a larger space back there. 8) I have almost 14,000 Miles on it now as of 7/27/2024. I do feel the transmission either slip or shift sometimes. 9) It took me over a month to learn that if the car is cold, it will not start unless your seat belt is buckled. That’s a fact. 10) It handled the very very well in the devastating ice storm that payed a 1/2 inch layer all over the Pacific Northwest last winter. That auto 4 wheel drive truly works! 11) I had to buy seat belt extensions for the back seats as It was difficult to engage the seat belts into the locking belt.. It sits deep into the seat and I have grandchildren who like to lock thier own belts in. They can be found for sale at most Auto Stores for around $20 each. I recommend you get them. That’s about it. Overall, I love my Jeep Renegade. I think the price is very high considering the items missing but overall, I am going this will last me a good 10-20 yrs…

I think Euro Motorcars Devon is the best MB dealer and best luxury car dealer in the area, mainly because of Mike Vaccaro. You should definitely ask for him when you visit. I visited many dealerships, including Audi, BMW, Porsche, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Subaru. I also went to 5 different Mercedes-Benz dealers. Mike Vaccaro was the best person to work with. He was extremely patient, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He replies to emails very quickly. He is diligent. He is the consummate professional. He also is very honest and transparent which is important to me and you just don't get many car sales people who are so honest and transparent. He has almost a decade of experience and he is a true believer in the brand. It is always bizarre when your sales rep tells you he doesn't actually drive the car he's trying to sell you. It was nice that Mike actually drives the exact car I purchased. Mike was not just the most professional and courteous sales rep in my car shopping journey but certainly ranked among the most patient, polite, honest and transparent people I have dealt with ever. You can throw a dozen different things at him, and he'll figure out a way to deliver. You can push his buttons, and he will not lose his cool. Very cool, fun guy to work with. This car meets all the basic utilitarian needs and feels like you're driving a sports car with a real performance experience. You feel like you can rip through the roads like it's a track every day while driving this beast.

I normally don't give reviews but I felt very luck & blessed to have found Springfield Mitsubishi. All staff was amazing to work with, especially Patricia my sale representative. She was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable and informative. She went above an beyond to explain things to me and help me choose the right car for me and my family. She even helped me by referring me to a car insurance broker that got me an amazing quote for car insurance. Sue was the loan representative was clear and informative on the loan aspect of the sale and tried to meet my loan expectations. Honestly everyone there works hard, fast and efficiently; they made the whole long process of buying a car run smoothly. Definitely would recommend them to any family and friends. 5 stars all around for Springfield Mitsubishi.

This car met all my needs with young kids traveling to sporting events. Plenty of room, Entertainment system. Plenty of Legroom in in 3rd Row for an Adult. Panoramic Sunroof, Bucket Seats in 2nd Row. Room for Cooler between seats while traveling. Great SUV for the Money.

Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

Had been car shopping for what seemed forever and I came across a vehicle on one of the car websites that was located at Highline. I am a bit skeptical when going to used car lots because what you see (online) is not generally what you get (on lot). From the minute we drove into their yard, I was in awe. Ali greeted us as we got there and I told him what we were there to see and he made sure it was brought around immediately. The car was immaculate! Everything it looked like online was how it was, only better, in person. After the test drive, inside we were also helped by Danish while Ali finished up with another customer. These two gentlemen were top notch! All in all, from start to finish I think was about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and the deal was wrapped up. On the drive home (30 mins away) the car handled perfectly. All in all, this was one of the BEST transactions I have ever gone through with a car purchase. I would definitely recommend them - not only are they great to deal with, they have a HUGE inventory of quality cars and trucks (Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Bentley, Honda, Tesla, to name a few) in every price range. Go see them!!

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.
