I purchased my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy in February of 2021. J.T. was my sales person. I cannot recommend J.T. and this dealership enough. My vehicle is currently in the shop after my son had a minor accident. The service department did not have any loaner vehicles available so I decided to call J.T and see if there was anyway he could help. Not only did he remember me from 2 years ago but he worked with Sam to provide me with a loaner from the sales department. I need to also mention that Sam has helped me in the past as well. I am so impressed with the quality of service this dealership provides. They don't forget about you once the papers are signed and you drive off the lot. They are there for you, whether it's J.T or Sam in sales, or Justin in service who has even offered to drive me home after he was off work, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to give my business to. Thank you guys!!!

Ive owned an SEL Convenience from new. It has an incredible performance for a Hybrid. It has a quiet, has a fabulous tiptronic transmission (with paddle shifters) with an amazing sport mode. The thing is, that if you use too much right foot, your gas mileage goes down by about 10mpg ... but it does with any car, right ? If you drive smoothly and don't accelerate hard the gas mileage can go to over 40mpg ! At 55-65mph on level pavement, it gives great gas mileage .. but accelerating at traffic lights or going fast up gradients doesn't. Thats what happens with performance vs economy. This car is well built and has great space and grace. Those that criticize the gas mileage must be "pedal to the metal" people! The sound system and Apple/Android access is really good - better than many other car brands. The warranty is amazing and so is the service support network. I'm sad to be selling my SEL Convenience because I going abroad. I'll definitely get another one when i return.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I was looking for a new Hyundai because frankly, we have bought several Hyundai vehicles since moving to SA and they are amazing, long lasting cars! We were treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and extended over extended courtesies were given to us at Superior Hyundai, off of Loop 410 and Callaghan and I cannot say enough truly, about Jonathan Priette, our Sales Agent, Mark Anthony, Mgr., and Oscar Fernando in Finance! There was never “rushing us into any deal”, but rather, my husband and I were treated with respect. We showed up late in the evening and they never seemed to be in a hurry. Not one bit. They made sure all our questions were answered in detail and on top of all that kindness and professionalism…..I drove out of their parking lot with the exact car I was looking for and with a great package deal. These three gentleman treated us the way everyone should be treated, with utmost respect! There’s not enough of that in this world nowadays. So, if you are looking for a great car with a great package deal, please do yourself a favor and go look for any of these three gentlemen. Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

Service writer Gustavo was very courteous and professional. Treated me with respect. He answered my questions that I asked. I will ask for him next time my car needs service.

I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona

We love all the techie features. It remembers my seating settings so I don’t have to mess with the seat every time I drive it. It’s good on gas & stereo system is awesome. Also has pretty good giddyup and go when you need it.

I watched a ton of reviews and so many are critical of small things that in reality didn't matter. The charging speed is more than adequate for daily driving. The range is great! It has a ton of features and feels very refined compared to any other EV I have driven. Nissan really needs to do better marketing this car so more people can experience it!

Had the check engine light checked out and was the gas cap and bought one . Had the oil changed and the coolant changed due to maintenance required. My CRV is running good. Thank you

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Service Advisor ?Crystal? was fantastic! She made sure my Atlas was serviced and washed in a matter of a few hours. The battery was replaced and reprogrammed, brake system flushed and the car was washed in under 4 hours. All of the staff at the dealership were friendly and helpful.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.
