CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan)Reviews
CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
Nate Gines at the South Jordan, UT facility took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for in my next car, and he matched me up with the perfect vehicle for me. He focused on my needs and wants instead of trying to sell me something that was not exactly what I was looking for. He also worked well with my outside lender. The interest rates on the website are inflated, so I financed through my local credit union instead. Nate and my loan officer made the whole process go smoothly and I picked up my car the day after I chose it.

Haiven was a great lady to work with to get our car! She found us exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted. We had phone calls over several weeks with loads of questions, always a kind and prompt with answers. Our finance lady Steena was wounderful too! Thank you ladies!!!

Jay was our first contact and though it was basically his first day. He helped as much as he could. It's a pretty honest dealership and prices their cars reasonably. Their cars though dirty are in good shape as well. I would recommend friends and family buying from here

Genesis of LindonReviews
Genesis of Lindon review
Crazy good service from start to finish. We live far away so we called ahead with numbers and expectations already set. We arranged an official test drive for the next day and when I showed up, everything was in place. No haggling. The numbers discussed were the numbers we kept. No issues to speak of. It was shockingly smooth. My hubby didn’t even have to show up as reinforcement. Thank you for an exceptional experience. Jared, Jacob, Chris, Jared were all amazing. My transition from Tesla to Genesis was fantastic.

Velocity Auto SalesReviews
Velocity Auto Sales review
They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne review
Dane in the service department was very communicative, calling every step of the way to repair two issues, one of which no one had ever been able to solve. He had a senior tech who was very familiar with my Hyundai model assigned, and it was finally fixed. They even have a video feature so I could see the part needing to be cleaned out. I'm very impressed with how communicative the service department is, and when I came to pick up the car, it had been washed as well. Top flight service.

Velocity Auto SalesReviews
Velocity Auto Sales review
We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and quality we received. Thanks again for the great experience. We will be sending friends and family your way.

CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan)Reviews
CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.

Genesis of LindonReviews
Genesis of Lindon review
We had an excellent car buying experience! From the moment we walked in, the team especially Brandon, Chris, Connor, and Shae were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel pressured. They worked hard to make sure we got a great deal on the car we wanted. We really appreciated their honesty and customer service—it made what can sometimes be a stressful process actually enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers and makes car buying easy, we highly recommend Genesis of Lindon. We are extremely happy with our new car and the overall experience!

AutoMatch UtahReviews
AutoMatch Utah review
Muhammed is honestly one of the best people to work with if you’re trying to buy a car. From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He took his time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and really made sure I was getting the right car for me not just rushing a sale. His customer service is top tier and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making money. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, honest, and easy to work with, ask for Muhammed. It was a pleasure working with him and Gustavo as well. Amazing experience!

Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale review
Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!
