An absolutely excellent experience purchasing from Mannheim Imports. We found the car we wanted online and contacted Mannheim to arrange a test drive, Greg came in on his day off. No pressure, no attempt to upsell like so many other dealers. The whole experience was smooth and efficient.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

These gentleman I applaud!!! Kind, courteous and customer service at 100%. I saw this 2011 Toyota Avalon with35,000 miles on it on line, I knew it was a blessing from God. I called them, we were experiencing a few days of bad weather, Ernesto worked with me, and two days later, I frove there. test drove it and within two hours I was driving home. I bought my 2009 forester with 200k on the click. She was well locked after but has a few scratches here and there but paint work is still beautiful. Performance is great but she is heavy on fuel. This is expected from an AWD as the engine is pulling all 4 wheels continuously at the same time. No oil leaks, aircon works well. The only major issue I have had was the thermostat falling. I caused my radiator to crack due to pressure building up. I removed it and she is running perfectly. I live at the coast in South africa so our winter temp never drop below 10° and our summer average at 30°. Overall, I'll will be buying another forester with it's great space and power....love it

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

While I never was at the dealership physically I dealt with one of the salesmen by way of text for about a couple weeks.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

The salesman, Cliff was very nice and knowledgeable which made our experience at Krause a very positive one. The financial department was very easy to work with and we would definitely go back again.

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

Our sales person, Ryan, told me he would have it sent over to the Exton location which they did. I came back the next day And it turned out to be exactly as described. I test drove it and bought it right away. The car was clean and ready to go. The process to trade in my car for this newer was very simple. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I haven't had a car buying this pleasant since my first one way back in 1972. The entire dealership was very friendly and engaging. My wife and I were genuinely surprised. Most dealerships we had been to in search of a new car for her either seemed so money-hungry we quickly left, or were so ignorant on their own product line it wasn't worth the time to talk to them. These folks know their products, more importantly they are focused on your needs, not theirs. We were fortunate to encounter a sales person, Bill B. who was a mechanic! How often does that happen? Not once did I hear "We want to EARN your business." All I heard was what the car did, its features and benefits and what to expect. The financing and paperwork were simple. No running back and forth 17 times to 'get approval'--a tactic I deplore that is used to keep you at a place. If you are looking for ANY vehicle, stop here first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Ask for Bill B. The mechanic--he will fix you up!

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape and I had some problems with it but they took care of the problem with no hesitation I would definitely recommend buying from Drive Time

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He made it clear from the beginning that he was not here to be pushy and was only here to answer questions and help. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about all three of the vehicles I was interested in. He helped me go through the pros and cons of each one for my lifestyle and needs. Cody definitely went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I want, which is in high demand and hard to find (Lexus TX 350). Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

I took my Pacifica van in for a scheduled service appointment. They got me in right away. The job was scheduled to take two hours and sure enough I was updated at the two hour mark that they were just about done. They needed a few more minutes to download an update/ recall for the radio system. I appreciated the Crysler update as my radio would act up and freeze from time to time. The best part was that the job cost less than I was quoted by $60. How often does that happen??? My only downside was with the mechanic himself who did not clean up after himself. I had greasy/oily boot prints all over my interior trim pieces. I can't knock the dealership for that. The mechanic just needs to spend a minute to clean up. Lastly, I needed to use the restroom while I was there. The building and the restroom were older, but the restroom was clean and didn't smell. I really appreciated that. All in all it was a great experience.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.
