2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

2023 Genesis GV60 review
A stylish, thoughtfully designed vehicle with great driving/handling and convenience features. Excellent EV specs and performance- fast charging, excellent for daily driving, and good range for trips. 2023 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
The Ioniq 5 is the safest and most comfortable car I've ever driven. Now that I have a Tesla charging adapter, the charging infrastructure is less of a challenge and my range-seasonal variations from 190 to 290 miles-is sufficient. I have had an issue with the 12-volt battery unexpectedly failing but otherwise the car has been extraordinarily dependable.

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

over 220K miles and the only thing I've had to replace is the battery and alternator, serpentine belt, spark plug and gasket( which I'm proud to say I did myself). As with any car it has its particular problems to look out for but if you do regular maintenance this vehicle lasts.watch out for the rear wheel wells the 1st gens are known to deteriorate

2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

2011 Ford Escape review
Lots to like about the Escape: Decent gas mileage, performance and looks. Very reliable. Downsides: terrible traction in the snow, poor performance. I would recommend this vehicle if you're looking basic transportation.

2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser review
Bought it 6 months ago, put on 7500 miles, now has 159,000. Not one problem, AC gets a bit cranky when above 100 degrees. Only cost two oil changes. Itza keeper. Now looking for a convertible version. Dont be afraid of high miles on these fun cars.

2009 Chevrolet HHR review
My wife and I both have 2009 HHR’s. Hers is black with only 85,000 km on the clock she got hers used 7 years ago with only 65,000 km. Only repairs (other than oil changes and routine maintenance as per owners manual) have been front rotors which I upgraded to drilled and slotted rotors and just replaced the rear shocks. We tow hers behind our motorhome.She just loves her HHR. My HHR is a cool little Panel in metallic grey. I have had mine for 5 years with mileage at 145,000 km and it now has 255,000 Km. Just upgraded my front brakes to the drilled/slotted rotors and new rear shocks. Other than regular oil changes and routine maintenance I have had no issues with this little beast. Both cars are garage kept and never driven in the snow (have an old school Jeep for winter (1989 Jeep Cherokee we have owned for 26 years). I would recommend the HHR to any one looking for a nice little vehicle - both of have the automatic transmission and without a word of a lie we are getting between 29 and 31 mpg which is great 👍

2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara review
I traded in a 2006 Kia Sorento for my 2010 Grand Vitara and I'm sure glad I did. The handling far exceeds the Sorento and is much more reliable it even has a bigger engine while getting about the same gas mileage. I have also owned 4 runners in the past and am generally a truck gal.

Finance manager was very accommodating and had all my paper work ready in advance so that I spend only 30 minutes with him before completing the sale. Bob even delivered the vehicle to me as I could not go to pick it up. All around great buying experience as it should be.
2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, and it delivers exactly what I was looking for—performance, style, and modern innovation in one package. The acceleration is immediate and strong. The instant torque gives it a powerful launch, and the responsiveness makes every drive feel engaging. Whether merging onto the highway or navigating city streets, the Mach-E feels quick, controlled, and confident. Handling is solid, and the ride is smooth without sacrificing that sporty feel. It carries the Mustang character well, just in an electric form. The design also stands out—especially in classic Mustang blue—with a bold, athletic presence that turns heads. Inside, the technology is a major upgrade. The infotainment system is clean and intuitive, and the cabin feels modern and comfortable with premium touches throughout. I’ve driven other EVs like the Tesla Model S Plaid, Rivian R1T, and Nissan Leaf, and each has its strengths, but the Mach-E strikes the best balance between performance and everyday usability. My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
