I actually don't dread buying a car like a lot of folks, but I was still blown away by the service I received at Fayetteville Acura. My sales person, Tamia, and the manager, Alterric, went above and beyond to make my experience a super positive one. I arrived from an overnight visit at the hospital so I was looking pretty ragged. They arranged for the car I wanted to test drive to be brought back to the lot (it was a loaner). Tamia, who's a single mom, juggled childcare and bent over backwards to make sure I could do what I needed to do. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the SUV I drove. I went on a crazy busy Saturday and all of the sales folks were hopping, but I felt like Alterric knew what everybody was doing at all times. It was a well run ship. When I'm ready to buy again, I'll go there first.

Total disaster — constant issues, endless stress, and zero peace of mind. I honestly thought I was stuck. Then I walked into Leith Honda Aberdeen, and everything changed. Ken worked patiently with me, never pushy, just calm and supportive through the whole process. Tim was beyond amazing — thorough to a fault, making sure every last detail was explained, every concern addressed. And then there’s Mat the manager — this man went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the deal actually worked in my favor, not just theirs. That kind of leadership sets the tone, and it shows in the whole team. They pulled me out of that lemon nightmare and into a gorgeous, reliable CR-V Hybrid that has been nothing short of life-changing. I went from daily anxiety to complete peace of mind the moment I drove it off the lot. Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Dorena she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took her time and made sure I understood everything. She Even got my payments to the amount that I was comfortable with. Ms. Dorena made sure she kept conversation with us while we had to wait, she was very courtesy and outgoing if you need a car ask to speak with Dorena she will get you taken care of and do her best to help you.
