Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

This is the third Honda CRV I have purchased from Leith Honda. I have always been satisfied with staff in the Service Dept. I would like to add that Sales staff has always been knowledgeable and professional. With this purchase by Sales Person, Nick Davidson has more than met those requirements in many ways. I He has been obliging in handling my purchase and his continued availability to support me with regard to the new technology. It was a pleasure working with him.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

I worked with Bryan and he was an excellent salesperson with not only great knowledge of the vehicles and company but also took great care to ensure I had as much information available to make my decision. Very personable and great to talk to! After my purchase, I returned for an Encore Delivery appointment in which Joseph and I went over all the features of the car. This was really great in understanding my new car, especially since I had never owned a Subaru before.

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

Joseph Rossman and Michael Brown are both excellent at their job. Joseph went over all of the safety and electronic features with us and answered all of our questions. When we arrived to look at the vehicle we were interested in, Michael Brown met us at the door as scheduled and worked with us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our choice of vehicles. He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of the Subaru vehicles. He also answered all of our questions from the beginning of the sale to the final signatures. When we visited several weeks later, Michael and Joseph welcomed us and treated us like family. They are GREAT GUYS!

He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. Recently bought a car from Johnson Subaru and I’ve gotta say — if all dealerships operated like this, there’d be far fewer angry Facebook rants in the world. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly without being pushy. No vultures circling. No “Let me check with my manager” theatrics. Just smooth, straightforward service and people who actually listen to what you want (a rare skill, apparently). They answered every question I had, didn’t try to upsell me on things I don’t need, and even managed to make the paperwork process feel… dare I say… painless? I was in and out so fast I almost wondered if I’d accidentally bought a scooter instead of a car. Drove off the lot feeling confident, not confused — which is exactly how it should be. If you’re shopping around, I’d absolutely recommend giving Johnson Subaru a shot. They made the whole experience easy, honest, and even a little enjoyable. (Yes, enjoyable. I’m as shocked as you are.) Would definitely buy here again — though hopefully not too soon, because I’d like to actually enjoy this car for a bit before they tempt me with another good deal.

I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

Mr. Higgs is great to work with and always does a good job of keeping me informed about the work being done -- in this case, my state auto inspection.

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. I ended up getting a 2019 subaru forester. Lots of room and a perfect vehicle into the middle of my adult life. I hope this car lasts me through the next few years. Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

Martin in the service department always takes such great care of my car. I feel confident about taking my vehicle to Crossroads Nissan because of him.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

Excellent experience with the service department. I was surprised they had such a nice waiting area with snacks and delicious coffee. My service advisor Varick provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and went over my tires, battery, and more. Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me sure I was comfortable. This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

The entire staff was great and very friendly especially the salesmen. Jim Donato showed me a G70 3.3T AWD the top of the line. He made me a that no other dealership in the area could beat. I left with car and very satisfied with Genesis Of Cary.

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

The Genesis GV70 we purchased new is delivering a on the promise of being an exceptional SUV. We have a GV80 and adding the GV70 to our corral has only deepened our appreciation for the Genesis brand. The GV70 is a great SUV and I look forward to driving it every day. Fit and finish are industry leading, and the driving comfort is exceptional. Handling are braking are superb. I have owned five Audis and our Genesis GV70 and GV80 deliver a better overall ownership experience. The Genesis brand has slightly different take on "luxury" than the Europeans, and I like it! If I needed another vehicle, I would go for another GV70. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Genesis GV70, or any other Genesis vehicle.

Love my Forester only drawback is the tires are made of a soft compound and you only get 25k miles then they need to be replaced.
