STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I recently purchased a used 2017 CX-5 Mazda and I LOVE everything about it. I have always been a Honda fan but after this purchase, I just like everything about it. It opened up new possibilities for the Mazda line. It is great on gas, especially for commuting. It is comfortable and there is a considerable amount of trunk/cargo space in the back. That in itself is a plus! I feel safe in this car and it is dependable.
