Brought the car in for scheduled tire rotation. The mechanic must have decided to turn off my lights, but never put them back to automatic when he was done. Initially thought there was a problem, then remembered the car was serviced that day. Then had to look use my phone flashlight to see where the light settings were on the car. How about just leave the lights alone when rotating the tires???

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! Thank you to Ali, Mike, Jason and the whole team.

2023 Hyundai PALISADE review

2016 Honda Pilot review
Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

2020 Chevrolet Traverse review
I purchased the 2020 Traverse Premier Redline Edition brand new with only 50 miles and have no qualms about it. I did knock it down to four stars on performance due to its hesitation at yield signs when I accelerate after slowing down. If not at the perfect timing when in the yield, the vehicle will jerk or hesitate to go when I push the accelerator. Once the engine gets beyond that hesitation point, there is a decent amount of power in the acceleration. The hesitation is not a dealbreaker for me, however. Just annoying and can be dangerous if you are in a situation where you have minimal reaction time. Car and Driver said it best: "When parking or maneuvering at low speed, the Traverse feels every bit its size. Pick up the pace, however, and the big Chevy feels smaller than it is—poised, if not overtly athletic." If you're looking for a third-row seating option with second-row captain's chairs but are not the minivan type, much like myself, the Traverse is a great option. Rear cargo space is small, but if you think about it, you will lack impressive cargo space in a mid-size SUV if it has third-row seating. There's always the roof rack/cargo carrier option for storage. It's not bad, especially if a clutter-free interior on long road trips with the family is your forte. On the plus side, the lack of cargo space allows adults and teenagers to sit comfortably in the third row, and second-row passengers have an impressive amount of legroom. Other great interior options are the heated and cooled first and second-row seats. Backseat passengers can control their climate, from changing the temperature and fan speed to turning the entire system on or off, without changing the Driver's and front seat passenger's preferred climate. The Bose system is impressive. The clear audio quality, with the subwoofer under the front console, makes it sound like you're in a concert. If blasting the new age of music isn't your thing, that's cool. Classical music sounds just as impressive in this ride. Overall, I am pleased with this ride. I love getting in it every day. I receive a lot of compliments and looks. The sleek and sporty design of the Redline Edition with the black-on-white color is a head-turner! If you take care of your vehicles, they will last. The Traverse is no different. Never stretch out an oil change due date, and never turn down factory-recommended services. Avoid the quick lube places at all costs. No offense to them, many of them do great, but they work within parameters outside the scope of routine vehicle maintenance, such as tire rotations, factory-recommended inspections, and factory-recommended maintenance, depending on your vehicle mileage.

2024 INFINITI QX80 review
After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.
2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ review
Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.
