Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I bought a 2002 C 5 Corvette, and it had the slave cylinder manual transmission problem which is endemic to the C 5, unhappy with the Chevy Dealer, I went to Jordan knowing they sold many sports cars. Well, Chris Hayson, the service manager, replaced the main clutch cylinder and then concluded it was the slave. He recommended I got to THE C 5 expert, another repair shop. He arranged for my car to be transported and did not mark up th cost of that transport. The second shop specialized in C5 repair and finally my car was fixed. This would not have happened if Chris had not directed me to OK Lethal Performance, thank you Chris!!!!!!!!

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now

I previously wrote a review back in 2021 While I was leasing this vehicle. Which still shows up. I just wanted to give an update. I ended up purchasing it after the lease ended. So glad I did. I absolutely love this vehicle. Everything about it. Minus the high back end and price of gas but you're gonna get that with V8 engine. Have had since the spring of 2020. Haven't had any issues at all. Still would highly recommend. Comfort, look, safety, practical, A+ Best vehicle I have ever bought. I would normally have been in a new vehicle by now, I use to upgrade every couple years but not after this purchase, Still very 😊 happy

That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!

So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.
