Efficient process from dropoff for routine maintenance to pickup. My car was serviced and ready for pickup within 2 hours. It is also convenient for me as it is located closer to my residence and was able to make the appointment the day before.

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I have now serviced 6 different cars here and I have always had a great experience. They spoiled me so now I take my corvette and Escalade here too for oil changes because the Chevy and Cadillac dealerships were too sketchy.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

My lease was about to expire and I was contacted by Gary Swenson about getting a new 2025 RS7. He had one coming in and was still able to customize the car. We sat down with him and walked through all the options and configured the car exactly how we wanted it. The car arrived 90 days later we setup a date when we could come in and take delivery and Gary sent me a link to apply for the lease option. I did all the online paperwork so when we went in to the dealership everything was ready to go. All we had to do was sit down with the finance person sign some documents and we were ready to go. The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

My service experience is always A+ at this dealership. I appreciate all of their associates' professionalism. I also appreciate their technicians' attention to details at the smallest level.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

I went to Toyota of North Austin for new vehicle services this morning. Mr. Sergio Barnon was my assigned service advisor. The dealer provides the virtual time tracking and the assigned service advisor and the vehicle owner communications continue open during the vehicle being served. The result of the vehicle diagnose was feedback to the vehicle owner during the service via email. Mr. Barron addressed the issues and detailed causation of the issues to me when service completed. The working process is very efficient and orderly. All employees were focused on their responsibility. Mr.Barron was very professional and knowledgeable for what he's doing.
