2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. This review is honestly just a thank you to Chris Perez at Paradise . I was walking through the lot trying to clear my head because I had a lot going on mentally and emotionally. It was really hot outside, and Chris happened to notice me while he was out taking pictures of vehicles. He came over just to say hi. I told him I wasn’t looking for a car and was honestly just walking, and instead of trying to push a sale or make things awkward, he just talked to me like a normal person. He offered me a bottle of water, asked if I was local, and we just started having a genuine conversation. For some reason I ended up opening up a little about the struggles I’ve been dealing with, and he told me he understood better than most. That alone meant a lot because sometimes you feel completely alone when your head isn’t in a good place. We ended up talking about life, family, and just trying to get through hard times. He mentioned how he’s basically been around the dealership since he was 13 because his dad worked there, and how he met his wife there and now has three daughters. It didn’t feel like customer service or someone trying to sell me something. It felt like a real human conversation with someone who genuinely cared enough to listen for a few minutes. At one point he told me that talking about things can actually help and said something I’ll probably remember for a long time: “If not talking about something hurts this much, might as well see what talking feels like.” That honestly hit me hard in the best way possible. I truly don’t know where my head would’ve been that day without that conversation. What probably felt like a small interaction to him genuinely meant everything to me in that moment. I didn’t know how else to thank him because my head really wasn’t in a good place at the time, so I figured writing this review was the least I could do. Chris probably has no idea how much that conversation helped me, but I’ll always appreciate it.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Such a nice car. Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.
2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Quality of repairs was low due to after my car was serviced I still had a censor light for low washer fluid appear and continued to show days after. I did mention this to the service person before service was done that the censor light went off. Unfortunately due to holiday weekend I am now needing to wait for location to be open to get further help. I feel like service tech should have checked this censor light before signing off as car being complete. Overall I haven't had any issues with this location.
2025 Honda Pilot review
I think this is the best looking exterior of the mid size SUV mix. The interior is great, but the 9in screen is dated (updated for 26) and the cabin is a little noisy on the highway (also updated for 26 but I haven’t driven one to test it). The quality of the rear review and forward cameras is pretty good but not the crispest I’ve seen. I have the Black Edition which does a good job of reducing the plastic in the interior. I think lower trims are a bit plastic heavy. Seats are comfy, lots of space for kids and I like the removable bench for captains chairs with the option to have the bench if you need it. For a road trip, I have put 3 car seats in a row 2nd row bench to leave 3rd row flipped down for more cargo. Would not recommend that daily though. If you need 3 in one row daily you want to consider a full size but I’m just fine with 2 kids in captains chairs 2nd row and 1 in 3rd with the other half of the bench flipped down for cargo (which is sufficient for a stroller). I think that’s enough for most people. Performance is fine but nothing exciting. You don’t have the power of say an Explorer xx although I’m not sure you actually need that. Perfectly fine as a daily driver and I switch to sport mode when merging in on the highway. Reliability is top notch - routine service and you can trust you won’t need much more. Hoping to keep this 8-10 yrs and I don’t anticipate a problem. I use the dealership, but any shop should be able to work on a Honda Pilot without a problem.

2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
We leased a 2026 BMW X5 xDrive50e on 3/31/2026. There were at least a dozen on the dealer lot and we were able to find one with exactly the packages and colors we wanted. We got an excellent deal and, including our 6-year-old paid-off trade-in, left with a monthly payment of less than $300. The car is beautiful, manhattan green with cognac interior. This is our first PHEV, so we started with the included level 1 charger and then installed a level 2 charger (Emporia Classic) in our garage as quickly as possible. For our typical around-town use we've been able to drive almost entirely in EV mode. The EV mileage gauge starts off at 50 miles and, given recent mild weather, appears to be accurate. The interior displays are quite usable. We particularly appreciate the heads-up driver display, which shows speed, speed limit, and even driving directions. The most common operations are still associated with knobs and buttons, with interior temperature settings relegated to the central LCD but visible by default. The main LCD is a touch screen and the BMW iDrive puck is particularly helpful for changing settings. The depth of settings and options is immense. Fortunately an expert at the dealer set up all the basics before we left. We're still experimenting with various features such as automatic locking and interior lighting, but we can find our way around. The ride is softer than a previous (~2015) X5 we had, which is actually nice. The car can be raised and lowered. You can drive in EV, hybrid, or sport mode. So far we've kept it in EV and the performance is plenty good. It still has the tight handling we expect of a BMW. If you punch the gas, the engine fires up and the car really takes off (483 hp). We had a bad experience with run-flat tires in the previous X5 and switched to regular tires plus a spare kept under the back storage area. That is no longer an option because that space is now taken by batteries. We hope we won't have similar tire trouble in this car. With our three-year lease and bumper-to-bumper plus maintenance coverage over the entire period, we will have minimal worries about anything going wrong.

2022 Honda Pilot review
We decided on the Trail Sport. We live in mountains of SW Montana on a dirt road, off a gravel forest service access rd. We also transport elderly women from our church, so needed a 3rd row for seating. It's been a reliable, comfortable ride. Easy for the ladies to get in & out of. My hubby & I are sure enjoying the comfort level of this pilot. One of the great features is being able to adjust the traction to mud & snow.

2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

2024 Mazda CX-90 review
Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Purchased 2025 Lexus GX 550 Premium Plus. Amazing feeling when you drive it, and looks vey cool inside and out. I drive it every day to work, weekends in town and for longer trips like family road trips including mountains and rural areas. I wish the gas tank was bigger, I think it’s is few gallons smaller than in our 2020 Lexus GX 460. We didn’t trade 2020 Lexus GX 460 to get 2025 Lexus GX 550. Will keep both for many years to come. Great job Lexus!

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus
