Excellent customer service! We found a car for our son on their website. We are from Kansas. Called ahead to see if they would put it on a lift and take some videos of it to make sure our 300 plus mile drive would be worth it. By 10 am the next day the videos were sent. We made the drive and 2 hours after getting to their lot my son was driving away in his car. It was his 17th birthday and they made sure to surprise him with a bow on top. Many pictures were taken. 2020 INFINITI QX60 review
Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
The only issue I have had was the code P0126 having to do with the thermostat. This is common for this car. I was 170 miles from home when it happened. I talked to a Mazda dealer and they said I could drive it home, which I did and made an appointment with the dealer to have it fixed. It has not happened again. I am very happy with this car!

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.
2023 MINI Countryman review
Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

2021 Subaru Outback review
I like mostly everything about my2021 Outback Limited XT. I hate the navigation system or the infotainment system as it is called. I have had it to the dealership 4 times in 3 years because the system is not compatible with my iPhone. Taking it in next week for a new radio. The navigation system stops working just when you need it most. Sometimes it flashes "Stay Alert" when you are looking straight ahead but if you turn the car off and restart, it goes away. Too bad Subaru doesn't make their own radio systems.

2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport review
bought this car in 2018 in the first year had problems with the engine and emission system. Heat shield underneath the car made noise for a few months before the deal finally found a solution . The engine got a crack around the 45k mark and Landrover replaced the engine. Ever since then I have had no problems except for routine maintenance with this car and just hit the 105k mark.

2018 MINI Countryman review
Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

We were in no mood or space to buy a car this past weekend, but life had other plans when our Kia started kicking the bucket. We had to find something fast, and within our budget, but also wanted something that we actually WANTED: AWD, sizeable, newer, clean and well maintained. And because we're currently in the process of trying to buy a house, we had a lot of financial needs: in a budget, paying cash, etc. I was already stressed when I walked into Groove Toyota, and anticipating a downhill morning. Enter Mr. Byron Fludd. This man! From the second he introduced himself I started feeling better. Kind, understanding, funny, and he actually LISTENED when we told him all of our needs. The car we saw online was already sold. Byron found us something better for less cost, the size and age and mileage we were hoping for and made the entire process so unbelievably painless. We arrived at 10am and were out of there by 12:30ish? And I think the only reason it took that long is because Byron made sure the new whip was extra-detailed, and also printed us a copy of the CarFax so we had it. I could not be more grateful for our new (used) GMC Acadia, and I can't thank Groove Toyota and sweet Byron enough for taking SUCH good care of us. My husband said multiple times this past weekend that we'll be buying our next car with Byron and Groove Toyota, no question. Every car buying experience for me before this past weekend had been full of pressure, price hikes, and undue stress. Our experience last Saturday changed all that. 2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

2017 Volkswagen Tiguan review
My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

2021 Volvo XC90 review
We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

2021 Subaru Outback review
So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Jesus Herrera was very friendly and thorough in going over the servicing of my 2013 Equinox. For that I gave 5 stars. HOWEVER, you don't deserve any stars for the comfort in the customer waiting room. Seriously..!!!!, you only have one TV channel? All advertisements for fast food and political ads only..!!! Surely you can afford cable and other channels. Sorry to see Lynn Lyall sell. I may be looking for service somewhere else for my next oil change.
2022 Kia Sorento review
Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

2018 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought (used) the R-Sport diesel in British Racing Green with roof racks. Super cute car, but not real roomy inside. I could complain about a lot of things like no compass and cramped back seat, but for me, the good points outweigh the bad. It has only been in the shop a few times (I'm the 2nd owner, so I figured things would be due to need replacing anyway); the gas mileage is phenomenal - on the highway I've gotten as much as 40mpg - and around town is an easy 30+. I like to stand out from the crowd, and this car certainly does it for me. Overall pretty happy with it!
