This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. If you want a great deal on a car/ Truck this is definitely the place to go. 5 STARS 👍👍👍👍👍

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

They sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Window sticker brand new was $36,000. After their fees (Which they did have guys) taxes, dmv and state fees.. we ended up paying $33,000. $3K more than originally listed price. This is still a fair deal. The vehicle had 1.5K miles only on it. Therefore, i am ok with saving $3K-$5K all day. Because new car would have been window sticker plus tax etc. also they are very friendly. The guy in the front knows how to work magic

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

I just wanna start by saying most of the bad reviews are from people that bought cars with recalls. But is not a reflection of the dealership. My experience with them was phenomenal. They went above and beyond and treated very well. I flew from maine to ny. When I arrived they noticed I was very tired and offered me an orange and coffee and also gave me the option to rest in one of there vehicles till all paperwork and the car was detailed. Shout out to Pablo and the manager for a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I purchased my first car and Tierra was so helpful, she really went above and beyond. She followed up to be sure that I received everything. I don?t know how but she was able to get the vehicle in 2days when the original date was a month away.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Was shopping for a truck and went to several larger dealerships who all were playing games. A friend recommended Novak. The showroom was super clean as so was the vehicle I was looking at. My salesman was upfront and not pushy at all. What you see is what you get . They gave a fair deal on my trade and I was in and out in a couple of hours. I will definitely be coming back when shopping for a car for my son.

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

We had an excellent experience at Meadowlands Audi purchasing a car. Brian, our salesman, was wonderful. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. As a first-time car owner in my 30’s Andre and Dominic made the experience pleasurable and headache free. I spent months doing my research online and going in-person to different dealerships to compare prices and conditions of cars that were used, new and leased and Duran Auto by far exceeded my expectations. The men were patient, thorough, and transparent. I was able to test drive the car same day – no appointment needed. Dominic provided the CarFax without me having to ask and told me about the recalls (they resolved them) before I even read through them. They held the car for me while I went through the insurance process which took a little longer than expected. Dominic checked in through text but at no point did I feel pressured. They also handled the DMV portion of license and registration so when I went to finalize paperwork and payment, I was able to leave with my car, set & ready to go with no extra steps. The process was fast and painless. They also provided me with a warranty that you can choose to extend later down the line for an additional reasonable cost. I will likely choose to extend my warranty, as my father has been going to Andre for work on his car for years and he is always transparent and reasonable in pricing. My father has also purchased one of his used vehicles from Andre; after seeing how well it has lasted for him, I knew when we saw this car that it was the right fit for me. Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!
