Great little SUV. Bought used with 8000 miles. Since I bought it I've averaged 36.6 mpg. over 14,648 miles. Every review I read it mentioned about its power, I can pass cars at high speed with no problems. Only problem is the storage space when back seats are up. Otherwise, easy to drive and park.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Really love the mileage. It is small but the mightiest little car 🚗 i could imagine. It really is a two people car because of the size. But you will love it.

Absolutely a fantastic little SUV. It’s roomy enough, rides smooth, quiet and gets 42mpg on the highway and 35 mpg in the city, this is a very dependable car.

If you are ever in Holmes County and need to have your car repaired, this is definately the dealership to take it. We had an emergency repair that needed to be done as we were just visiting the area. They went out of their way to schedule us in and get us a car to drive while our car was getting repaired. JOAN was her name, she was awesome, very attentive to our needs, friendly and VERY knowledgeable regarding her job. She went over and above for us. Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Saved some coin!! Got my truck. Tyson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Only thing negative , I got the truck with 80 miles on it ,someone named Austin had his I Phone & music loaded in the radio & left candy and some trash under the seat.

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

It was fine. I wasn't interested in the car so I didn't buy it. I bought a car from them years ago and they were good then too.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I had been looking for a used vehicle and this dealership was very nice and never pushy like some can be.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

My experiences with Progressive Chevrolet have been extremely positive throughout my entire relationship with this dealership. My salesman, Garrick McCulla, polite, kind, and very professional. I now consider him a friend. I try to visit with him on every service visit. My service representative, Mr. Fore (The Golf Pro), I also consider him a friend. I would recommend Progressive Chevrolet to everyone.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.
