From the moment I arrived until the final signature, I had the impression that they genuinely cared about my well-being. There was no sense of pressure or intimidation to make a purchase.

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

The sales associate (Siwan) was very kind and friendly. I was a little nervous considering this was my first car buying experience, but with the help of my parents and the Siwan, all of that nervousness went away! Siwan was awesome and helped me with everything along the way!

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Provided excellent service after an unexpected breakdown. All representatives provided honest feedback on timelines of service and options with the required and necessary repairs.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

This was our second purchase from Sport Honda. The sales, finance and management staff all went out of their way to make the process easy and professional. I picked the Jeep Renegade in the Trailhawk model because it is the only car in the compact category that also has excellent off roading capabilities. It completely beats out the other "off road" vehicles in its class like the Crosstrek or trailblazer. It also works excellent as a daily driver and great on long highway drives, having way better gas mileage than a pickup or wrangler. No road noise like you get in a wrangler or a truck with big off road tires. I've had this car for a little over a year at this point, with about 7000 miles, and the only thing I can say was any kind of issue was I got warning lights on my dash for the lane sensors, but they were just dirty and a quick wash fixed that problem. I can't say much for reliability just because the car is still so new. I have the leather trim upgrade that you can get with the trailhawk, but even with that the quality of the interior is lacking compared to other vehicle brands at the same price range and category, like the Crosstrek, but looking at Jeep's other vehicles like the Gladiator or Wrangler, it fits right in. Everything does feel high quality. I'm very picky about road noises and rattling panels or vibrations while driving, and I haven't had anything at all yet with this vehicle even when driving on rough roads or hitting bumps. The only reason why I gave this car a lower interior rating is just because of the excessive use of plastic. The exterior is very unique. At first I absolutely hated the blocky look of the renegade, but with all the iconic Jeep stying mixed in and the upgraded look of the trailhawk front bumper, I have grown to really love the way this little SUV looks. The blocky shape gives it extremely good headroom and gives it extra cargo space in the rear. The trailhawk model has armor on the underside to prevent damage by anything you're climbing over when going off road. There are some gaps in the armor that you can fill with available aftermarket parts. I will say that I think the cardboard box aerodynamics are the main reason why the gas mileage is so poor even with such a small engine. With about 55/45 split between in-town and highway driving respectively, on roads with large elevation changes, I do still get 24 mpg combined which is decent. The road handling is also great, the Renegade is a very light car, and even with being a little top heavy it zooms around corners almost like a small sports car. The 1.3l engine is surprisingly torque-y, it took me a little while to get used to being gentle on the throttle, the first few gears are very deep and the tiny turboed engine makes 210 foot pounds of torque so it will launch very quickly until it gets to 3rd/4th gear. The absolute worst and best thing about this car is it's transmission and the way it's programmed. In regular driving, it seems like the transmission has to stop and think about what gear to go to, so swapping gears is a little slow and not as smooth as other cars. At the same time, the transmission is the main reason why this car does extremely, unexpectedly well off road and in poor driving conditions. It will always keep power to wheels that have traction, and so gives impressive control. I have driven this up a mountain trail in the middle of a Montana winter and it felt like a leisurely drive, even purposely drove into tall snow drifts to give myself a challenge and plowed over them without any issue. When I got to the peak in my stock renegade trailhawk the only other vehicle on the peak was a modified, lifted Tacoma with large off road tires that had chains wrapped around them. I'm extremely impressed with how well this compact SUV really does off road. Overall I'm extremely happy with my renegade, and hope to have it for the next decade as a light trail/off road adventure car and daily driver.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

4000 miles since new. Mileage in the mid 30,s. Handles and rides very competently. Love the Interior, great materials. Will keep for many years in retirement.

The way car buying should be!

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

My third Nissan Rogue. This is my first fully loaded car. I love everything about the car; especially the driver assistant feature. I just wish the tailgate would have a button for opening and closing. Great sport feature; the car really moves in this mode.

It says online the 2020 has recalls but if u want the truth type in your vin number and see if yours does even have any recalls or anything cuz my does not and Its a 2020 3 cylinder turbo inline engine and Its a tank def not a evoboom or anything even close to that it's been great and continues to be a great buy at 8 grand I got the best deal in guna find for this gem in a dark gray and nice interior design

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage
