I visited MB of Northlake about a month ago just browsing and “considering” purchasing a GLE. I met a sales agent by the name of Miller Harris, who was just amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, talking me through the intricate details of each one. He wasn’t pushy at all, and didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase. Upon wrapping up that visit, he simply gave me his contact info and let me know that he was there if I wanted to proceed. This was such a relief as it gave me the freedom and time that I wanted to fully consider my purchase and make a well informed decision! A month later, I purchased my brand new GLE 53 with him! The transaction was smooth and well coordinated, and I was only in the dealership for 45 mins to complete the purchase. You really can’t ask for much more than that! Very well done! Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.

I have been a customer of this dealership for a number of years. My recent visit was for an oil change and a multi-point inspection. Brianna Ortiz was my service advisor and her attention to my car's needs was exceptional. She brought my attention to a needed 4-wheel alignment, which I decided was a good idea. I feel very confident about the services received that day. The wait time was reasonable, and my car received a wash as well.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

I had an excellent experience at Audi Northlake and wanted to take the time to give credit where it’s due. My brake warning light came on, so I brought my car in to have it checked. During the inspection, the team discovered that the shop who previously changed my brakes had left old brake pads lodged between the gas tank and the frame. I want to be very clear — Audi Northlake did NOT cause this issue. Even though the mistake wasn’t theirs, they took ownership of the situation and were upfront, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining what happened and how it affected the car. Robert was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process — knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely cared about making things right. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Because I service my car there regularly, they acknowledged that they felt bad the issue wasn’t caught during a prior visit and they went above and beyond by giving me a very generous discount on replacing the brakes and calipers. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. This experience reinforced why I continue to trust Audi Northlake with my vehicle. Professional staff, honest service, and people like Robert who truly stand behind their customers. Highly recommend.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Came in for my bi annual detail, new tires and a concern on my presense. Cheyenne was my service advisor. The loaner was already waiting for me when I pulled into the drive. They located the concern and immediately had it fixed. Tires were ordered quickly. Cheyenne was very knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing as well as making sure I got the right tires for my car. When I pulled into pick my car up, it was already waiting. It looked brand new again! I’ve been working with her since she started and she’s a true delight to work with. Quick on communication and making sure everything is taken care of. So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.
