We bought a used Toyota RAV car at Johnson’s Hyundai . It was the only one there. We worked with Michael Nguyen who was kind helpful not pushy but persuasive, negotiated fairly was respectful and effective. When we picked up the car it was immaculate. Overall a great car buying experience for someone who is pitifully uninformed about car parts and their workings. It was an experience I dreaded beforehand but sailed through unscathed!

I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! So hope that helps someone!!

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

I retired and move from CT to NC. I wanted to start fresh with a new built home and a new car. I joined Costco and used their car buying service. I knew the car I wanted a Black on Black Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy Edition which they at least 2 of on the lot. When I arrived at the dealer I was introduced to Omar by the Costco contact I had made. Omar had the car brought around and we took a nice test drive with him pointing out all the awesome bells and whistles the car had. Then it was down to making a deal. The Costco price was very good Hyundai had 4k off on top of that and they gave me more for my trade then I figured I could get selling it myself. Once the deal was done it was off to the finance office I did not want to finance as I had the cash but to get the 4k off you had to. So I just paid it off once my account was setup a few days later. I did not know I would be driving my new car home that night but lucky for me I cleaned out the car and even grabbed my tile from the safe before I left home. Omar was a busy man that day in fact he was selling a White Santa Fe to another customer at the same time. But he still took the time to get me setup with all the tech for car and give me great pointers on how to use all the tech in my new car. I would recommended both Omar and Johnson Hyundai if you are in need of a new car. And I don't work for Costco but if you are not a member then sign up for 65 bucks they give you a 20.00 coupon so 45 net. You will save way more then that on the car and you can shop there for a year. Bottom line 5 stars for Omar, Johnson Hyundai and Costco.

Christian assisted me with purchasing my car. He literally helped me from the second I walked in until I drove off in my new car. He had amazing customer service and was extremely knowledgeable as well. The process was so good he made me want to buy another one just because lol I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. Everyone there was pleasant and not salesy or pushy at all.

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

Hello, my review is positive. I'm happy with my jeep compass limited. Stylish body design. I, like having fuel efficiency mileage. Pretty good performance and awd suspension. Comfortable heated seats. Plenty of cargo area for my items. Very cool ride, reliable fun to drive.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

Mike Umphrey is the best finance man around. I had no issue with the purchase or anything with the 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 I acquired from Karma Fuquay. This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

I apologize for just writing this about RYAN as I was here a month ago .But I have to write this.His customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL .I CAME IN inquiring about Tires as i.had a donut on my car due to.a blowout I REALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON 2 TIRES. I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.
