I did not buy the car that Auto Kings has for sale. They are in Bend, Oregon and, being in Seattle, I was unable to see the car 'in-person.' However, I can speak highly of the customer service and willingness of this family-owned dealership to go the extra mile to make the initial process comfortable. They took the time to send me additional pictures of the car and were honest about the blemishes that I could not see in a photograph. I felt no pressure and believe that they truly wanted the best for me. They were even trying to find a way to incorporate some work in the Seattle area so that they could deliver the car to me. I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

Austin was very helpful and completely honest about the truck I was looking to buy, even though I found one closer to my location, they helped me negotiate a better price for the one in my town! Who does stuff like that?! They're integrity and drive to help you in any way deserves your business. I was astounded, by their service and follow up helping me, even though I live over 400 miles away from Bend, Oregon. AMAZING. I highly recommend them!! Josh and Austin are the flippin' GOLD STANDARD for "used" Salesmen. The only reason I didn't buy the truck from them was because my credit union would'nt let me purchase a vehicle from out of state.

Amazing car for the value! Looks great and drives even better. I'd recommend this car for family as two car seats fit perfectly in the backset :)

Derik Pulver Is the man!!! I told him exactly what I wanted, and after I found one that caught my eye, he worked with me. I told him that it was going to be an almost 13hr round trip drive from where I live in Washington and he offered to drive it to Portland for me to test it. I bought it on the spot!! Definitely better and more knowledgeable than the salesmen at ALL the Toyota dealerships in Washington state.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

Toyota replaced 2 wheel bearings on my vehicle recently, bringing my Lexus back to the silent, smooth-running car I remembered. I soon detected a light metal rattle occurring at turns & bumps, however, that started to increase in frequency. Thinking it might be related to the bearings work just completed, I returned to the shop. Chris, Toyota’s lead mechanic, took a quick drive, deciphered the problem, and in no time, the repair was made. Toyota didn’t charge me for the work, & my Lexus runs again like new! Thank you, Chris, for your expertise… and to all of you, for the great work you do!

Wonderful car, lots of space, amazing safety features! This car has been wonderful. The moonroof is amazing and the cameras make it so easy to park!

Joe Harrison was an excellent sales associate. We went through a few trucks on test drives and then with what I wanted in a deal I went home with an awesome truck! The whole staff was excellent and made sure that I was welcome there and had anything I might need. We started at 3:30 and I left with the new rig at 7:30, nobody complained and made sure that the detail shop was doing their thing while we were doing paperwork. The whole experience was great, better than any other new or used vehicle purchase and it wasn’t even their brand! I can’t say enough about Joe, respectful, honest, entertaining and I am thinking with his customer skill set I should steal him for my own business!

Just bought a very lovely 2018 Audi Q5 and I couldn't be happier. I worked w/Jordan and he was absolutely stellar to work with. I was looking around town at different dealerships and he was so patient and helpful. We finally met up and he showed me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to spend. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a newer, more expensive car. Once I decided on the car I wanted the buying experience was very casual and not stressful at all. My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

No pressure. Ben listened to what I was after in a truck and presented several options both new and used. Came back the next day and he'd obviously done his homework. Had a truck that he thought would be the best fit and was the one I drove off the lot. Our negotiation was relatively quick and painless. I ended up with the truck I wanted at the price I had in mind and received a fair value for my trade in. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.
