The vehicle we were originally looking at sold the same day we reached out but they worked with us on a great deal and even though we passed for now - we're definitely keeping them in mind.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

My last several cars were a Lexus, true refinement. Purchased an RDX, with a turbo extremely powerful perfect for my needs. The maintenance on an accurate is less expensive than Lexus. It is a true solid vehicle. Highly recommend recommended.!

On Friday, March 13th, Aaron was my Service Advisor. Very thorough and knowledgeable. When I returned in the afternoon the place was hopping with customers. He saw me and offered to go out to the lot and retrieve my vehicle while I paid my invoice. They do have other individuals that normally do that, but out of courtesy he left his work station and I was out of there in no time. That act of kindness made a very good impression on me. Please recognise his efforts for upholding his employers reputation for quality work and customer service.

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. I will recommend Tarrytown Honda, they were profesional, respectful and polite even though we only exchanged a few phone calls. Thank you.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

I recently had my car serviced at Rockland Chrysler Jeep. You do not need an appointment for an oil change. I showed up around 3:10 pm. Closing time is four for service. They gladly accepted my car and completed the oil change and rotated my tires. I was very pleasantly surprised to find my car had been cleaned when I retrieved it. Great customer service

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Although my wife and I were interested in a vehicle at another dealership, we decided to pay Douglas Infiniti a visit. They had a similar vehicle available and were close to home. We were met by Steven who did not pressure us and understood we wanted to do our due diligence prior to making a purchase. So after our visit to Douglas we decided to see the vehicle at the other dealership. Making the stop at Doglas Infiniti made it a difficult choice for us. No only was their option a better fit for us, Steven ultimately made us an offer we could not turn down. Steven and the management at Douglas Infiniti did what they said and we are greatful to them. No pressure, no haggling, just honesty and integrity. I would absolutely do business with Steven and the team at Douglas Infiniti again.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

My recent purchase of a 2024 Subaru Forester was a pleasant experience. This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Honesty, authenticity, and trust are words I often do not associate with buying a car. This dealership is exactly that! The team actually cares about what is right for the customer and not what is best for their business. Very grateful!

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

Excellant Sales service from Sid and Ed the manager at East Hills Jeap Eagle dealer. I worked out the best deals for 2 Grand Cheerokee jeeps that my wife and my self just leased ! We were very happy with the outside and interior colors as well as pinstripping that we recieved as well ! The contrats were seemless and everthing was done with the insurance company and DMV for us. Due to my wifes bad knees Sales Rep Sid helped find on the internet automatic iluminated side boards that automatically extend out so as it is easier to step into the high jeep and then when you close the door these side boards automatically tuck themselves under the car. Ed the manager helped get some money back on these automatic side boards due to my wifes diability ! Again it was seemless everything went well! We have been doing business with East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Eagle dealer for the last 25 years where everyone in my family has purchased a Jeep as well as my son Jeffrey who purchased a Dodge Ram SRXcharger which my son still has after 9 years and is in perfect working order. Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.
