2023 Kia Telluride review
This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

2025 Jeep Wrangler review
Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport review
I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

2025 INFINITI QX80 review
I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. I’m from out of town and had some minor damage to my car. It was enough that I would not be able to return home in a week. Galloway was the closest Ford dealer so I went there in spite of the 1 star reviews on this site. I couldn’t have been happier. Had no clue where to go as they have multiple buildings. Stopped in at the first one and met a woman at the desk who was friendly and guided me where to go. The next stop they all were most accommodating and in an effort to resolve my issue in the shortest amount of time since I had no reservation sent me to their quick lane building where Mauricio came to greet me. Basically took me under his wing as he looked things over, took me to his office and gave me a quote. I had to leave my vehicle while they ordered the parts and delivered the following day. Was given a ride in their free shuttle back to where I was staying in Cape Coral. Was called the next morning around 8:30 or so that it was complete and ready for pickup. They offered to come and get me but a friend gave me a ride over. Everything went so smoothly and my contact couldn’t have been better. Thanks to all that helped which could have gone much much worse.

2022 Lincoln Aviator review
In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

2022 Lincoln Aviator review
I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. We have had many recalls, but no issues otherwise with our vehicle. I am proud to on this vehicle and I love driving it.

2023 Kia Telluride review
I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

2024 Audi Q8 e-tron review
I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe review
After reading Genesis reviews I purchased a '24 GV70t from an out of state Dealer, I was looking to replace a BMWx5m although the gv70 was a nice car it was a little too small coming from an X5, I had the car shipped without ever driving one. When I took it to a Genesis Dealer for warranty work I walked into the showroom and saw the GV80coupe it was love at first sight, This time I took a test drive before trading the X5 & the GV70 for the GV80Coupe it beats BMW on every front with the exception of highspeed cornering. Small trade off for the technology & compfort and countless options some of which I have yet to learn
