Had a terrific experience buying an XC-60. Ashley knew the car well and answered our questions directly. We asked to drive several cars before we chose the 2022 B5 but Ashley was patient and pleasant as we made the decision. Excellent dealership!

Had a great experience working with Cesar! He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. I actually left to shop around and see if I could find a better deal, but nothing else came close. I ended up coming back and couldn’t be happier with the car, the condition, and the price. Definitely recommend Cesar and the dealership!

Bought a 2016 349i xdrive today. This car runs great. The price was was very fair and the xustomer service was immaculate. There was no pressure. The transaction was very smooth. They offer sedifferent options for financing too. The place isn't physically the most beautiful place, but please don't judge a book by its cover. With their vehicle knowledge , excellent, customer service , and for prices they beat out those big dealerships 3 fold. I am a happy camper
2023 Tesla Model 3 review
Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Duluth review
Heather Kratky is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. She helped me with a very difficult situation and was able to give me everything I needed without any hesitation. When you buy a car, it's not the car that sells you It's the customer service and care that you get beyond just the purchase of the car. This is what heather gives you. It's because of her customer service that I will keep coming back even with the more costly repairs, because I know if she is involved, I won't just be taken care of today but every time I come in the future. I hope the company she works for really understands and appreciates her worth. As a previous district manager, this is the type of employee you want to make sure you hold on to.

2023 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

2023 Tesla Model 3 review
It’s so much better than expected and my expectations were high. There are so many lies out there about Tesla’s but they are easy to drive and easy to own, and more affordable than most think. I’ve had a few minor issues but Tesla took care of them quickly. I’ll never go back.

ALM Roswell review
I recently purchased the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE 53 AMG, and the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. Not only is the vehicle a true standout in performance and luxury, but the team at ALM Roswell made the process seamless and enjoyable. The combination of the 2023 GLE 53 AMG's performance and luxury, paired with the outstanding service at ALM Roswell, made this an unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to ALM Roswell for making it so easy to get behind the wheel of this incredible SUV. Highly recommended! Big thank you to Bri and Marquese Norman

CarMax CharlestonReviews
CarMax Charleston review
My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! That is the way Car Buying should be! Thanks Guys for all you help and hard work! Chris G.
