Purchasing a car is always a tedious and nerve racking experience for me in the past so I was nervous coming in but they made the whole process a breeze.
2019 Tesla Model 3 review
I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)
2025 Tesla Model 3 review
I've driven the Model 3 for three years and overall would recommend especially for people who can charge at home. The fuel savings is significant. I like the size. It's roomy on the inside like a midsize car while still being fairly compact and easy to park. Visibility is excellent especially with the side view cameras that turn on automatically when signaling to change lanes. The not-so-good: getting in and out might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. While the car is quick, the handling feels sloppy when turning at higher speeds. Overall, this car has totally sold me on EVs. I don't want another gas car ever again, but I doubt I'd get another Tesla. There are other good EV options available now.

Land Rover BethesdaReviews
Land Rover Bethesda review
Typically, I hate buying a new car. My experience with Land Rover Bethesda changed my mind. My saleswoman, Sammy, was extraordinary- she was sharp, listened well, offered insight and made the sales process run flawlessly. It's rare to find capable salespeople. Sammy wasn't just trying to make a sale, she was trying to help me find my perfect car. Sammy is certainly a gem. I will most certainly recommend her to my friends!
2019 Tesla Model 3 review
Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

Auto Giants MitsubishiReviews
Auto Giants Mitsubishi review
I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Auto Giants Mitsubishi. Matt and Joel were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I wanted, worked within my budget, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. There was zero pressure, clear communication, and full transparency which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and there were no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Auto Giants Mitsubishi, especially if you’re working with Matt and Joel. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

2023 Tesla Model 3 review
Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

2018 Tesla Model 3 review
I bought my midrange 2018 Tesla 3 in Dec 2018. Although the battery is not impressive range wise, this car has been so impressive over the more that 4 years I've owned it. The comfort, quietness, amazing sound system, make it effortless. Every drive is like the first (although w many updates on power, even faster) drive at delivery date. I have over 70,000 miles on it and have not had any issues that are major. I have bought 1 set of tires and had rocks hit me so 3 windshields, all paid with insurance. We have taken this Tesla on so many road trips to Houston, Yosemite, Zion NP, Las Cruces, Sedona, Phoenix and San Fransisco from SoCal. We just traded in my husband's 2018 3 on a 2021 3 AWD/Dual motor for our longer trips and bc we were losing our HOV tags. All in all these are fantastic cars and we keep buying them. Can't imagine how much we are saving in gas, probably $1.600 a month since we are professional musicians and drive so much!

2023 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

Eagle AutomotivesReviews
Eagle Automotives review
What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. I would definitely do business again and recommend them to everyone! Thank you!
2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I have come to the conclusion that most of the negative statements I keep hearing about Tesla's are politically based. especially the ones about the environment. I currently own a 2022 model 3 awd, and it is BY FAR the best car I have ever owned. It is now a little over a year later and my first year's maintenance to run my car... realistically, ZERO. Other than the car payment, I have not put a penny into my car. I have solar panels, so charging at home is FREE for me. I did however make a 1500-mile trip that cost me $140.21 at charging stations and 3 trips, roughly 350-miles, that cost me $14 each. The ONLY negative I have found so far is how quickly it will go through tires if you drive it the way I do, I constantly put my foot into it. I got 15,000 miles out of the brand-new set that came with the car, due to the cars weight and ability to beat any vehicle I came across out of the hole. drive it normal and you will not have this problem... So, lets recap, I spent $1,182.21 for a full year on what would equal 15,000 miles worth of GAS, and upkeep of any kind (anything not covered by the warranty, such as the possibility of, fluids, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, filters, belts... did I miss anything?) put on a gas vehicle and now have no wear on a new set of tires. Charging: I constantly come across people who think this is a problem. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to charge at a supercharger, which are everywhere and cost a lot less than gas pumps do. but since I charge ONLY at home unless I go on a trip more than 150 miles, 180 during good weather conditions, away from my house. Extreme weather conditions: hot conditions seem to affect cost to operate less than cold, the opposite of a gas vehicle. The heating element evidently draws more current than the compressor in an EV. However, driving in snow and ice shocked me, my model 3 went places without getting stuck that I would not take my Jeep Wrangler because the Jeep would have... the bottom of a Tesla is like a sled, it is rather smooth and glides across snow... now keep in mind I have not seen past a foot of snow on the street with this car yet... so much heavier snowfall could be different. It also seems to perform better on ice than any other car I have driven, due probably to the computer control it possesses. Comfort: This is by far the most comfortable car I have ever been in. Has a great sound system and is basically its own environmental system. Any animal left alone in a Tesla is safer in my opinion than one left alone at home. Can the Tesla system fail? sure. Can your house catch fire or some other emergency happen? sure. Both are equally possible would be my guess, house fires probably even higher. Safety and security: Do other cars currently have similar systems to my model 3? lol not even close that I have seen. This is the main reason I love this car... Most of my jobs I have had, have been driving jobs. I have logged a lot more hours behind the wheel of a car than most people, and my biggest fear has always been some kid walking out from between two parked cars on a residential street and me hitting them. This car will avoid hitting that child better than any human can. It knows the child is there before you do through its advanced camera system and will react quicker than anyone can and brake before you can even react yourself... THIS ONE REASON MAKES TESLA THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. I don't care what anyone says, considering I have owned a taxicab company and driven so many different kinds of cars, I know cars, and this Telsa I currently own is by far the best car I have ever owned.

Audi Chantilly review
I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Mobin, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we connected, Mobin was the definition of professionalism—calm, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. What truly stood out was his commitment to making sure I understood every detail of the process. No question was too small, and he explained everything thoroughly without rushing or pressuring me. His patience and clarity made a potentially stressful decision feel smooth and manageable. Mobin genuinely prioritized my comfort and confidence throughout the purchase. His helpfulness and transparency turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a positive and even enjoyable one. If you're looking for a trustworthy and attentive car salesman who values your peace of mind, I highly recommend working with Mobin. He sets a high bar for service and professionalism in the auto industry.
2018 Tesla Model 3 review
I have had my Model 3 for four years. I have had no problems after the first week. I have taken it all over the east coast and have not had any issues finding Superchargers. The only issues with charging is that the superchargers often do not charge as fast as advertised.

I recently purchased a beautiful black 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Fred's Executive Auto, and I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. They easily earned a well-deserved 5-star rating from me! If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from everyone in the office. Every employee made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Their customer service exceeded every expectation I had. Mike was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me the vehicle, explain its features and capabilities, answer every question I had, and allow me to take it for a thorough test drive. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. His expertise and honesty gave me complete confidence in my decision. In fact, I was so impressed with the experience that I returned within 24 hours to purchase the vehicle. The professionalism displayed by the entire Fred's Executive Auto team was exceptional. Everyone worked together to ensure the process was seamless, smooth, and stress-free. Logan and Mike even offered to have my vehicle delivered to my home the following day. Mike also provided me with his personal contact information so I could reach out if I had any questions after leaving—a level of service that is rare to find today. When I returned to finalize my purchase, I was once again warmly greeted by the staff and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Q. It was immediately evident that he is an outstanding owner who truly cares about both his employees and his customers. He treats everyone like family, and that culture is reflected throughout the entire dealership. Before delivering my vehicle, Mr. Q. even offered to have it professionally inspected to ensure everything was perfect. Mike made sure my Mercedes was detailed to perfection and Logan ensure it was filled with a full tank of gas before delivery. Oliver assisted me with my insurance and additional paperwork, while several other team members stepped in to help make the process efficient and enjoyable. Chase personally delivered my vehicle to my home after its inspection and even took the time to give me a tutorial on its features, patiently answering every question I had. Throughout my experience, I enjoyed great conversations, refreshments, and, most importantly, the reassurance that their relationship with me would not end once the paperwork was signed. They made it clear they would continue to support me with any questions or concerns I may have in the future. I also received an unbelievable deal on my vehicle, making the experience even more rewarding. The team at Fred's Executive Auto is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and genuinely committed to serving their customers with excellence. They don't treat you like another sale—they treat you like family. They made me feel like a priority from beginning to end, and I left with complete confidence in my purchase and a huge smile on my face. After visiting numerous dealerships during my search for a vehicle, I can say without hesitation that Fred's Executive Auto is the very best by far. Their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. I give Fred's Executive Auto 5 stars without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an exceptional car-buying experience. Thank you, Mr. Q., Mike, Logan, Oliver, Chase, and the entire Fred's Executive Auto family for making this such an unforgettable experience. Thank you for treating me like family, making me feel like a priority, and proving that outstanding customer service still exists. I look forward to doing business with you again!

2025 Tesla Model 3 review
I have a 2025 model 3 performance bought new and no has 13k miles. Car has superior acceleration above and beyond gas cars and is quiet and smooth. Sound system is above average and once you learn the touchscreen system it's a breeze. App for Tesla outperforms all other car companies and camera system is great. Range is dependent on driving habits. The more speed the less range. Self driving is great as well. It is not perfect but really relieves stress during congestive traffic and road trips. During my ownership I had a rattle in the passenger door witch was fixed under warranty. Car's paint seems a little thin but acceptable. Interior is minimalistic but overall quality is good. Charging is easy if you charge at home and saves money overall. One on road trips as long as you listen to the GPS and trip planner you'll never have an issue with range. This is my second electric vehicle and Tesla is far superior than the first one I owned.

This is the BEST car I've ever owned! We've travelled across 20+ states and Canada, 60k miles and NO problems. Charging at home is convenient and cheap. Yes, we stop a few times for 20 min or so on a long distance ride.... but we would have stopped for bodily functions anyway.

2020 Tesla Model 3 review
2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

Fred's Executive Auto review
I was looking for a particular car and stumbled on Fred’s Auto Executive dealership. This dealership had a wide inventory of luxury vehicles. I was helped by Henry, who was very detailed and a great sales person. Purchasing the car was easy and thorough. In addition to this establishment, all of my additional concerns with my purchase were addressed and handled well by Logan. He was very professional and very responsive. Overall, I am happy that a found this diamond in the rough. I am a satisfied customer and I recommend this dealership to future consumers.

2020 Tesla Model 3 review
I purchased my 2020 Model 3 with 55k miles on it in 2026. The battery test showed that the batteries were in good health with over 80% of their original capacity still available. Both the interior and exterior had held up well. At the price for the used car, it is an incredible value. I'll save over half of the car payment on gas by charging at home. I love the minimalist look of the interior. At first, I thought the touch screen would be hard to use while driving, but with the buttons on the steering wheel and the temperature controls always present, it's very simple to operate while driving. The driver profiles that save your settings per driver are what makes the car so easy to love for me. My wife is a foot shorter than me. Having the mirrors, seat and steering wheel adjusted when I sit down are great. Also the bluetooth preference as well as all of the other car settings are saved to each of our profile, radio stations, driving dynamics, etc. The car is very sporty, especially for the money. It is much more sporty and fun to drive than anything else I have ever owned, including a Mini Cooper convertible. It will not best many cars you could compare it to, but it is also so much cheaper to purchase, and then maintain after the purchase that it wins in my book.

Auto Giants MitsubishiReviews
Auto Giants Mitsubishi review
I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.
2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

CarMax Columbus EastonReviews
CarMax Columbus Easton review
Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.
2024 Tesla Model 3 review
This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!
