Excellent SUV. I primarily bought the X because it has the highest safety rating of any car tested by EURO NCAP. I know that my kids are safe and if anything were to happen we have the lowest probability of injury or death. That’s most important. It’s fun to drive, handles extremely well for a truck and it can easily pass others on the interstate. I save $5000 a year in fuel and charge overnight at my home. The autopilot is the best I’ve ever seen, it recognizes everything on the road at all times. It can see in every direction and I’ve never had an issue with it. They continually update the autopilot over the air, so you’re always getting the best version. The app automatically preheats and pre-cools in the winter and summer before I head to work which is one of the best features ever. I used to have a remote starter with my Q5 but I always had to manually start the car and it took forever to heat up or cool, if I forgot to pre set the climate before I left the Q5 it wouldn’t work. Overall I’ve had no issues. The other reviews seem disingenuous.

I am an out of state buyer. I worked with Michal Banach. Within minutes after I called to check on a car he had sent me all the pictures I asked, video of the engine running. He worked great with my bank loan officer to get the finances situated for me. He was on top of all the paperwork perfectly. He even called to make sure I got home and asked if I was satisfied with the car. He's a great guy and I would definitely buy from him again. Most important fact is Michal Banach is trustworthy. It takes a lot of trust to buy out of state and everything he said about the car was correct. He hid Nothing from me. The car is perfect and their mechanics did a great job to ensure the car I was buying was safe and reliable.
