I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport from Right Honda. I brought it into the Service Center because I was getting vibrations at highway speeds. Your Service people brought it back to me after re-balancing all four wheels. They even repaired one tire, after having found a nail in the tire! They explained the repair done, about the haphazard wheel balancing done previously, and that it’s best to have the heavier balanced wheels on the rear of the vehicle. Your Service Center people are the best! Even though I live about a 40-minute drive to Right Honda, it will be worth it, because I know there are people who care about doing things right for customers’ vehicles. (even though I purchased a used vehicle which was not a Honda)

My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. I highly reccomend Platt Auto! The switch from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle has a learning curve but the folks at Platt Auto are very service and education oriented. I was indecisive as to which level of car I wanted and tested their 7-Day no-questions-asked return guarantee more than once(!!!) and they didn't mind at all! They gave me an excellent trade-in value for my gas car. And when I had an issue with a tire and called them to ask about it and they simply replaced them for me as part of their service guarantee! I felt no pressure from them and they were so helpful. Buying a used car in the past, I've had negative experiences, I got none of that here. They have a wide selection of electric cars and accessories at great prices, many of their vehicles still have factory warranties left on them. They have a comfortable waiting room with toys and kids movies too. Please go see them if you're even considering the switch to an electric vehicle.
