Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. Do yourself a favor and shop with these guys. They will get you what you need at the price you are looking for. Good to know there are still trustworthy family owned businesses still out there even if they are Sundevil fans. These guys are quality people.

I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Took my car in for schedule 1 service which included an oil change. I bought the car used from this dealership and it had a blend for the oil at that time. About 20K miles ago I switched to full synthetic and when I dropped the car off I wrote in my instructions please use synthetic oil for the oil change. Instead of the synthetic or even a blend, regular oil was used. They offered to change it out but because of time I declined. This is the 1st time any of my instructions were not followed. I have always had 1st class service from this dealership.
Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
I usually bring my car to this dealer for routine maintenance, and have had no problems whatsoever. I trust them to give me accurate information and to repair /maintain my vehicle in the best possible condition.
