The only reason it’s not a 5 star was unfortunately when my car was return I still had a maintenance code appearing and didn’t have my next oil change sticker with the mileage. Hopefully that’s the only things that were missing and nothing else was forgotten which can cause car troubles down the road. Besides that all the times I’ve gone have been superb
