Very comfortable, reliable and great value. Honestly I don’t think you could buy a better vehicle at any price! This is basically a Lexus with a Toyota badge. If you are looking for a great ride, reliability and value this is your car.
The dealership was professional and courteous at every step of the process. I just moved to Columbus area from out of state was very pleased with the service I received. The shuttle service is a great perk — dropped me off at work and picked me up again when my workday was over.

We have owned Toyota's for 39 years and loved them all. Still have a 1988 Toyota 4x4 with over 310,000 miles. Looks and drives great. This Avalon is great, love it just like I did my 1986 Cressida wagon. Would recommend to anyone.
I love this design so much , the new models from 2011-2013 are not Appealing to me because of the ugly dash . The 2006 - 2010 have great design in exterior and interior. The dash is fantastic especially at night . Lots of smart space . It is literally a boat . Strong engine, Sam as Lexus engine.
The service is quite pricey compared to other shops. The customer should be asked whether conventional oil or synthetic should be used. It will save some money for the cost conscious customers.
The overall experience was excellent. Great coffee, water fountain, TV and free WiFi. Polite service within reasonable time. Would recommend despite the price.

Carvana-Touchless Delivery To Your Home Review
Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My 2018 Avalon Limited has 8k miles on it so far. It's not as roomy as the Buick Lacrosse or Chrysler 300m I had in the past, but its more fun to drive and much more dependable. Better mileage too.

Most quiet, comfortable and easy to drive vehicle

Great vehicle. All great features. Many features, I was not aware of until they just appear. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle.
To start, I am Toyota loyalist. I have had a 2003 Corolla since 2006, and it' s been my first and only car. I found a deal on a 2016 Corolla at Byers via CarGurus, and I was excited to learn more. I immediately called the sales line, and was put through to sales representative Kyle Foos. Kyle proceeded to explain how the financing with my credit union would apply to this vehicle, all while not pressuring me to go with dealer financing instead. As the financing approval process was happening, Kyle was texting me to insure every step was being taken to get my CU app approved. We then set up a time to come in, and when we arrived to look at the car, the car was being washed, detailed and inspected. When it was ready, Kyle was very patient to take us on a test drive. The car was in great shape mechanically, and the interior, overall, was in decent shape. Upon our return to the dealership, we (my significant other and I) took a good look at the exterior. When we got to REALLY looking at it, the paint and body condition were a little worn for only two years of driving. However, that is part of why the deal was so great. Still liking the car overall, I asked to look at ALL other similar options. Kyle was SO understanding to my reasons for keeping my options open. That said, the other cars just didn't quite match up to that oh so "sporty" red like the first one. While looking at another option, I said "Yeah, the only real bummer is the paint on the first one, otherwise, I'm all for it." Kyle could tell that bothered us. He actually then started telling us that a paint/dent repair company is in typically on Thursdays to do touch ups and repair work. Seeing that this would be the right thing to do, Kyle took a suggestion to his sales manager, and came back with great news. They are doing my touch paint job for FREE. Truly a great customer service move- he wasn't pressuring me to "just take the car," and deal with something that made me unhappy, and he didn't want me to walk away from a great deal overall, not mention a sale too! I will certainly keep this experience in mind when I am car shopping in another 15+ years (I mean, it's a Toyota, haha)! Seriously, though, I will be a returning customer for my next car buying experience, and will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for great service AND a good deal, not one or the other. Word of advice before anyone wastes their time before Byers: DON'T GO TO RICART AUTOMOTIVE IN COLUMBUS OHIO. So happy that a bad experience there, led to a great one at Byers. Thanks, and happy driving!!!

Bought the 2015 Avalon about 6 months ago as a used vehicle. So far so good. No complaints! The sport/eco/normal performance option is awesome. Very comfortable interior. Sleek exterior.
I had inquired about the price on a new 2018 Toyota RAV4 with rebate on-line. A salesperson responded within a resonable amount of time. He suggested I come in for a test drive. This was during the Thanksgiving week and I didn???t get in there so I received another email invitation. I didn???t call for an appointment as they wanted but simply stopped by when I had a free afternoon. Well I was greeted outside of the bldg and asked for the salesman that emailed me. He was occupied with a customer but Jeff Hoppes continued assisting me with answers to all of my questions. He went above and beyond my comprehension of my own questioning and left me knowing that this was definitely the automobile that I wanted to purchase. Thanks to Jeff I received my new Rav4 the same day. Dave Howard worked me us on all the legal paperwork and it went smoother than most other situations I???ve experienced in the past. Great new car purchase experience.

I love the car. It performs, is comfortable, no mechanical trouble at all, many drivers aids - lane monitoring, automatic dimming of lights, etc. However, the nav system, which only works through a phone is a distraction, and often will not function as expected.

I recently tried to lease a 2018 Tacoma at the end of July 2018. The vehicle had a somewhat rare color/trim combination but Byers had it in stock. While the dealer was processing my paperwork for the deal, someone else came into the dealership and bought my truck. They apologized and then the next day they found another one that they were able to pull from another Toyota dealership using a dealer trade. I placed a deposit on the 2nd truck in order to hold it and then was able to pick it up a few days later. Byers Toyota is about 2 hours from my home but they were able to sell me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Brian Dooley works in finance and knows his craft very well. He was very easy to communicate with and clearly understood vehicle leasing. Many dealerships act confused when you try to talk to them about leasing. The typical response from most dealers is "What kind of monthly payment are you looking for?" I hate that question! If you know anything about leasing, the monthly payment works itself out. What I am looking for in a lease is the biggest possible dealer discount on the sales price and making sure that they give me the best interest rates with a FICO score above 800. Taylor Young is part of the sales team and he was helpful and was always very quick to respond to my calls, voicemails, text messages and email messages.

I had been looking for a used Highlander for about two months. Trent stayed in touch with me to let me know when they received a vehicle that I might be interested in. He was always very friendly, not pushy and was honest and professional from the start. Luckily, he contacted me last week to let me know they had received a Highlander that was in very good condition. Since they just received the vehicle, the dealership was not willing to go down on price quite as much as I'd like (out of Trent's control), but we still agreed on an overall fair price -- without a lot of haggling/stress to me. I was very thankful for that. The financing employee that I dealt with (Steve, I believe) was also very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment and why I rated a 4-star instead of 5-star for the dealership is that I realized the day after I purchased it that the rear wiper blade doesn't work. I was hoping they'd catch it on the inspection but mistakes do happen. I'm not sure what it will cost to fix it. I would rate Trent though a 5-star PLUS and would not hesitate to recommend others to have Trent help them find a used car! UPDATE: I changed the overall dealer rating to a 5-star as they worked with me to get the needed repair/service done at no charge! Thanks to Nick in Service.

Love driving our Toyota; gets about 29 mpg. city and feels very safe with the "warning beeps" if a car is coming up alongside you or is too close. when backing up. Legroom is ample front and back. Heated front driver & passenger seats are amazing. Back up camera has me spoiled. Everyone who drives this car tells me how much they love it.
Everybody loves driving a new car, but often the car buying experience takes away the fun. The haggling, not getting a fair price on your trade in, and feeling pressured are a few of the things during sales process that I dread. I purchased a 2018 Highlander Limited Platinum, my 12th new car, and I must say that Quinton was instrumental in making this the best new car buying experience that I have had. Quinton put no pressure on me and let the car sell itself. I told him up front I had three cars to test drive and the Highlander was the first and a decision would be made after that. I did not get the line I usually get, which is "Well, this car with the options you want is the last one in the state, and three other people are test driving it today..." Several days later, I came back and purchased the Highlander because it was the best of the three. Secondly, I received a fair price on my trade-in due to assessing the condition correctly according to the Kelly Blue Book rating system. My trade-in was low miles and looks new and was given the Excellent rating by the dealership (which it deserved). The other dealerships low-balled the trade-in because they default the KBB rating to Good, which is this case is an insult. Finally, haggling was very minimal because the dealership price was better than True Car quotes at other Toyota dealerships. The % discount was right at where I was expecting a good price to be. I left the dealership with a new car and feeling good because I got a good deal.

My side panel next to the driver's seat kept slipping off, after snapping it back on a couple times it seemed like it was going to break if I kept doing this. Since my car is still under warranty I thought Toyota would fix it, but was told since I broke it they wouldn't cover it. It broke because of the defect!
Overall, reliable, pleasant, helpful, and reasonable.

Usually, Denise Mitchell is my go-to service rep. She knows her stuff, stays on top of what's going on with my car, explains everything thoroughly, and is just an all-around, really nice woman; and I enjoy seeing her every time I go in for service. That personal touch of knowing with whom I am dealing makes me feel more relaxed about getting my car serviced as it's always anxiety-producing since I never know what might come up. Also, I really like the car credit card that I can pay off interest-free. That takes a lot of the worry out of the equation. I used to be a VW person and switched back around 2001 when I got my first RAV4. I found Midwest Auto to be really arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful and too expensive so when I first started going to this dealership, I was really leery. After over, 16 years of going to Germain, I feel I'm in pretty good hands.

Not your Grandma's Avalon: Stealth Lexus ES 350!

As a realtor, I needed a large comfortable sedan that was luxurious yet performed well. The Avalon Touring, essentially a Lexus ES 350 F type minus some frills for $11K less, delivers. 0-60 in under 6 seconds, 301 HP from a smooth V6 mated to an 8 speed automatic, all the safety and convenience features available. Plus the 4 mode driving selector that transforms the car from a relaxed cruiser to a very sporty car that is nearly Audi-like in handling, throttle response, and steering. Drive this car and forget what the previous version focused on. This new Avalon is for younger drivers that aren't ready to retire!
Alonzo Horn at Car Source helped us make a purchase when we went shopping for a reliable used car. He was honest with us from the get go, the moment we contacted him about the car we liked, he told us the pros and cons. When we arrived for the test drive (we drove to Grove City from Athens) he promptly let us know the details of the issue and also got the issue fixed once the deal was worked out so that we could take home our car without any worries. Alonzo was friendly in his approach and I appreciate his openness about the issues of the car and the promptness with which it was repaired. I appreciate the whole Team Car Source for making this a wonderful and hassle-free experience and would definitely recommend Car Source to a friend .

Very nice interior! Plenty of power. Expect it will last over 300k miles with proper maintenance. Good gas mileage. Checks all the boxes for me.
I just purchased my second vehicle from here, and was referred originally by my dad. Dealt with Bob Bauer both times, and he has made the process simple. Just told him what I was looking for, and he was working within my budget. Tells me everything wrong with a vehicle (told me to not even look at one car because it has a lot of issues with it) Made the process very simple. Very happy with my experience and my purchase

This car has been nothing great of a miracle. I got it with 58,844 miles and a year and a half it sits at 85,000. Never has failed me, always dependable and my favorite car I've ever had other than my 95 Escort. Reliability is a factor in me deciding my favorite car and it has been just as reliable as my Escort in every way. Have had to do brakes and coolant overflow tank, but that is preventative maintenance. Never once have I turned the key and it didn't start. Great first car or something if you're looking for something that is reliable. Got it from Marietta Toyota in Marietta, GA and one of the best purchases I've ever made.
Had my 10,000 mile service at Coughlin on my new Tocama. Easy to set up and schedule using their on line site. They also followed up by phone. Going to Coughlin is a lot better than having to run to Columbus for service. Give'm a try.
