The process of purchasing the car was excellent. They were professional and very customer oriented.
2021 Toyota Avalon review
Absolutely awesome car! My 2nd Avalon, 4th Toyota. I have the 2021 Avalon with the Nightshade trim and it is gorgeous. More times than not when I'm getting gas, someone will come over and ask "what IS this car?" It's large but sporty and people seem drawn to it. Myself, I plan to drive it for the whole 250K miles that these cars can go! So much room inside and lots of get up and go, even at highway speed. Too many pluses to mention. Thank you, Toyota!

Will the service manager was great in helping me get some work done to a car i purchased here years ago, glad to see they care about customers even after the sale
2004 Toyota Avalon review
Bought this car 6 years ago in 2018 off Craig’s list for $3000 with over 175K+ miles now it’s over 305K miles and it’s still going just get oil changes on time, get tires when worn out and brakepads when worn. Other than that it’s the best most reliable car I have ever driven and had and takes me from point A to B and everything is still fully functional.

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.
2022 Toyota Avalon review
The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.

Pohanka AcuraReviews
Pohanka Acura review
We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. We also had the pleasure of working with Shahbaz Butt in the finance department. It was a very efficient process. We highly recommend Pohanka Acura and wouldn't go anywhere else.
2017 Toyota Avalon review
I have owned over 30 cars in my life. This car is hands down the most reliable car I have ever owned. I bought basically this exact car, year, model and mileage 7 years ago. It now has 320,000 miles on it, and with the exception of a wheel bearing that I replaced this year I have put ZERO into anything but gas, oil, tires and wipers. I highly recommend Michelin Defenders on this car as they will get 80,000 on a set with very comfortable ride. There are not enough superlatives to say how much I love this car. I honestly expect to get well over 400,000 on this car. I will say I paid less for mine 7 years ago than they are asking now, but that is probably because it’s recognized as such an extraordinary vehicle.

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

Cars of Rockville review
Great Place! Love the atmosphere. Cars of Rockville has always done great by me. I just purchased my second vehicle. Lots of great choices and big inventory. The prices are the best around. I will be back again don’t worry I have another child. Great business I will definitely recommend to everyone I know
2004 Toyota Avalon review
I purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon XLS in 2012ish. The car was in immaculate condition inside and out. It had power and good on gas. They are safe and plush like leather, sunroof, house plug, automatic everything, navigation (which was an option), it even had a JBL system with a factory sub. The upgraded JBL system was jamming too. The dash took some getting used to but I miss it now. You don't work on these all you gotta do just maintenance them and that's it 😂. The brakes were the easiest I have ever changed. It was the best car I ever had hands down. The perfect car for anyone. I have gotten my girl one and fixing to get my niece one. I am gonna buy another one myself. Mine got totaled and I miss it so bad. You crazy thing is I owned mine about 15 years ago and the price still hasn't went down. I predict they will go up in value.

2019 Toyota Avalon review
I own a loaded 2019 touring that was purchased new from a dealership, here are some of my thought after nearly three years of ownership. The Avalon is exceptionally comfortable; A notable example is the seats which are wonderful supportive, and well bolstered. Design-wise the Avalon is modern and interesting from (almost) every angle, inside and out. The Avalon’s interior is well-designed with soft touch materials on all surfaces you’ll regularly touch. Upscale materials like aluminum mesh span the dash while perforated fabric and plush leatherette line everywhere else. The center console stack is ergonomic with physical buttons for everything: Excessive piano black plastic here is my only minor gripe. On the exterior, Avalon’s headlights are aggressively sculpted with daytime running lights that are distinctive. A futuristic, swoopy taillight features a lightbar-esk design that’s unlike anything else around. To address the massive, grill shaped, elephant in the room… The sophisticated exterior design of the car is marred by the immoderately large grill. Genuinely, my only issue with the car’s design anywhere is the grill: It’s frustrating that the grill is the ONLY, albeit massive, issue. The black mesh on touring trims is somewhat better looking as compared with the limited trim but it still shows it’s size from front views. Now moving on to thoughts on performance. I’ll be blunt, the Avalon is not sporty by any measure other than it’s looks; however, is speed what you really need? I personally brought the Avalon to have a comfortable, quiet, and reliable commuter car: this car is just that. I think that middling performance is an acceptable trade off for a creamy-smooth v6 engine that’s not needlessly loud anywhere along the rev range, and that is proven to outlast nearly everything else on the road. When it comes to value, it’s a tough sell for the higher trims (limited and touring). If you want a sporty large sedan, the charger or accord sport turbo is a better sports car; If you want a reliable and luxurious large sedan then the lexus es carries the lexus name for only a couple thousand more. I think the Avalon fills a niche for people who want more space, luxury, and style than something like the Camry, and don’t want to spend luxury car money on a well-equipped lexus es. Final thoughts: The Avalon is definitely not for everyone with it’s *ahem* “distinctive” styling but Avalon is the perfect balance of everything important to me in a car: Reliability, comfort, modern styling. If I total my car tomorrow, I’d probably buy another Avalon; though probably the xle trim the next time around.

I purchased an older 6-speed BMW, well-cared for by it's previous owner (a BMW fanatic) from DMV and I couldn't be happier with my car. I am a car person and I would definitely do business with these guys again.

Very nice and fair group of guys there honesty is the best policy very transparent all across the board no hidden fees
2019 Toyota Avalon review
This the 2nd avalon limited I have owned and I bought both "newly" used because of the low Miles and cost advantages. I have absolutely loved my 2019 Avalon Limited, it gets great gas mileage for a big roomy and comfortable vehicle, and came equipped with a lot of bells and whistles normally found on premium luxury cars. In my opinion, this car is by far a better "Value" than the Lexus ES models, yes, you can get the same features on the Lexus as you will find on the upper-end Avalons, but it gonna cost you a lot more. In making a decision to discontinue the Avalon line, Toyota has made a conscious decision to force those of us who love the Avalon to look at the Lexus ES 350 line in the future. So, it's gonna cost me more in the future to maintain the comfort level found on the Avalon. But, remember, Toyota owns both Lexus and Toyota.

Zarvo Motors review
If you are looking for a dealership that completely redefines the car-buying experience, Zarvo Motors is the place to go. From the moment you walk onto the lot, you are greeted with a welcoming, no-pressure environment that immediately puts you at ease. The entire team operates with a level of professionalism and care that is incredibly rare in the automotive industry today, making it clear that they value building long-term relationships with their customers over just making a quick sale. What truly sets this dealership apart is the exceptional service provided by Zer Ali and Jason. Both of these gentlemen go above and beyond to ensure that all your questions are answered and that you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Zer Ali stands out for his incredible patience and deep knowledge, guiding you through the inventory without a hint of salesmanship aggression. Meanwhile, Jason ensures that the logistical and financial sides of the house run seamlessly, making the paperwork feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. Together, they form an absolute dream team that makes car buying genuinely enjoyable. The absolute highlight of dealing with Zarvo Motors, however, is their unmatched honesty and transparency regarding their pricing. There are no hidden fees, unexpected add-ons, or frustrating gimmicks waiting for you at the signing table. Zer Ali and Jason lay every single cost out in the open from the very beginning, explaining the numbers clearly so you know exactly what you are paying for. It is incredibly refreshing to work with automotive professionals who treat your budget with respect and ensure you leave with complete peace of mind. Ultimately, Zarvo Motors has earned my highest recommendation thanks to their integrity and stellar customer service. Buying a vehicle can often be a stressful and distrustful process, but this team proves it doesn't have to be. If you want a fair deal, a high-quality vehicle, and an honest experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Zer Ali and Jason. They have earned a customer for life, and I will be sending all of my friends and family their way.
2021 Toyota Avalon review
This is my fifth Avalon. The first was a 2005 and I loved it especially the leg room in the back with the front seat all the way back. My next was a 2012 and felt the same. I then bought a hybrid for my business the 44 mpg will pay for it. Then a2019 for my wife, she also loves it. I now own the 2021 and it is the best yet. Love the new directional turn signals . My only complaint is that they have discontinued the Avalon. The Crown isn’t quite the same.I’m not sure what my next car will be. But I’ll drive the 2021 for a long time:o) Oh, the fold down back seat was a marvelous addition starting in 2019. Keep up the good work you designer guys from Toyota! But bring back the Avalon!!!

Auto Deal Makers review
I had an excellent experience with Auto Deal Makers when purchasing my 2015 BMW! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful. Buying a used car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and trustworthy. They provided all the details about the vehicle, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The BMW was in great condition, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a good deal—especially on premium vehicles—this is the place to go. I highly recommend Auto Deal Makers and will definitely return for future business. Thank you for the great experience and for getting me into a car I truly love!

CarMax Frederick review
Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.
2019 Toyota Avalon review
Have owned three Avalons . Wonderful vehicles! The current is a 2019 XLE. Comfortable, quiet and powerful. Difficult to enter, a too low clearance. Short and slim designers? Disappointed that the 2022 will be the last model year. Dumb move! A substitute replacement?

2021 Toyota Avalon review
Purchased my 2021 during May- this car performs beautifully, the 300 horsepower car gets into traffic with such ease, the cabin room excellent- drove to Florida from New Jersey, felt like we drove only a few hundred miles, but we drove over 1500 miles one way-would drive this car without any hesitation. Plan to keep this car for many years. Would highly recommend this auto would give it a 10 star rating Hope they bring back the Avalon with the amenities we have with the 2021 Avalon-- Good luck with your Avalon if you have the the privilege to own one-- Happ[y Avalon Driving!!!!
