Took my Subaru Outback for its 60,000 mile check. Brian Lawless, Assistant Service Manager, did a fine job in reviewing me what would be checked, gave me the range of what the cost would be, and promised I'd have my car back by 11:30. His predictions were accurate, and I got my car when promised. The shuttle driver, Marty Hauschildt, was very friendly and efficient, as well.
Overall, definitely a 5 stars experience.
