10/10, A+, 5 Stars! This was one of the greatest car buying experiences I’ve had, so if you see a car you want at Right Toyota, call my sales girl Tiffany Sharp! This was an out of state purchase so it involved a lot of anxiety since I couldn’t see, smell or drive the car myself. Tiffany was so helpful with photos, videos and FaceTime and she pointed out a dent and scratches that she saw, and explained that her team could fix the dent and try to work on the door scratch. When she sent photos/videos and I wasn’t sure if there were blemishes, she took the time to go back to the car and show reflections from the sun and the light pole, even in the 108 degree temps. I had a million and one questions about the car and the process of making an out of state vehicle purchase, and she never made me feel like I was asking too much and she always answered so quickly. Tiffany is incredibly on top of it! There was a price that I needed to be at out the door and they met that number, which made the whole process easy, without the typical back and forth. That was very appreciated and I was hooked immediately as I don’t like the bartering part of car buying. Once I got there to finally see and drive the car, everything was exactly as Tiffany described and they were able to clean up the rims, get the dent out, fix a recall and help lessen the scratch. Their detailing team is also top notch and I swear I didn’t see a single piece of dirt inside! Even the finance team was great to work with and Christian and Kevin made everything smooth and fast on their end. Thank you, Tiffany & Right Toyota!
2019 Toyota Camry review
My Camry 2019 bought brand new since. Now 67,000 miles. Yesterday “check engine “ light came in dash. Temperature suddenly went height and I stoped driving right away and tow to shop. Results: water pump was died! Cost me $1300. I was taking care very good,bút problems came from Toyota manufacturing. I just report to Toyota and let they know

2019 Toyota Camry review
I bought my ‘19 Camry SE used with less than 10k miles and I’ve just passed the 50k mile mark. My ownership experience has been very positive. You can’t go wrong with this as your daily driver as it has great fuel efficiency, enough power and is a comfortable ride. Highly recommend!

The Sales Manager Josque Mena worked to support my Salesman Irvin in a positive no pressure manner. My Salesman Irvin was very personable in providing me information and answering every question. He was like “my wing man” providing me with the knowledge to make a well informed decision. The General Sales Manager Frank Ritzert reviewed and approved the second round price we submitted as a fair price. Frank then introduced himself and while shaking my hand stated that his team was here to make sure that we were happy with our new car now and after the sale. He was very pleasant and sincere. He then said if I needed anything related to our new car, that he and his team was here for me. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! Nissan of Orange Park MANAGER’s Special has provided us at the BEST DEAL we could find anywhere in the state. We have been looking for a sports car for the past six months. 2019 Toyota Camry review
I bought my 2019 Camry in March 2021, and it's the best car I've owned. Its an extremely smooth ride, and it delivers the performance you'd expect from 203-hp 4 cylinder engine. Extremely fuel efficient, and more than reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.

The entire process was easy, transparent, and completely hassle-free. There were no games, no pressure, and everyone treated us with honesty and respect. What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. Highly recommended!
