THIS car purchase could NOT have been smoother, more professionally handled or more of a genuinely pleasant surprise. Truly. I felt like Danny (Sales Manager), Amir (Salesperson), and Zaeed (Finance) were all in our corner from the minute I called and until we pulled away in our brand new BMW. They wanted us to have the car as much as we wanted it! And they were happy to make it happen and be a part of it. Some dealerships have a "move metal" mentality... well, at Valencia BMW, we felt like their goal wasn't just to sell us a car, it was to become our family dealership. And now all I need to do is talk my hubby into needing a BMW for himself so we can do it all again! They kept me informed of the timing to get the car back and gave me a loaner car to use while in service. This dealership turns buying a car a wonderful experience and Brian Spaner enhanced that experience.

What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. Highly recommended!

I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!
2019 Toyota Camry review
I bought my 2019 Camry in March 2021, and it's the best car I've owned. Its an extremely smooth ride, and it delivers the performance you'd expect from 203-hp 4 cylinder engine. Extremely fuel efficient, and more than reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.

I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Let’s just say he not only came up with the best offer, he got me a better deal on it the vehicle that is completely loaded and is in perfect condition and I looked at him and I said you’ve got a deal and shook my hand. Michael Shumaker Was extremely patient with me. He went to the mat for me and got me a payment that was no more than seven dollars more than my original payment. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. This guy is the guy you want to go and ask for when you go there. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. Sun Toyota Extremely lucky lucky to have Michael Shumaker On their team. I hope they do whatever they can to keep him there. Should he go elsewhere I will follow him wherever he goes. I hope that people read the reviews for Sun Toyota In. See this. You will not regret going there and asking for this gentleman.

2019 Toyota Camry review
My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

2019 Toyota Camry review
I bought my ‘19 Camry SE used with less than 10k miles and I’ve just passed the 50k mile mark. My ownership experience has been very positive. You can’t go wrong with this as your daily driver as it has great fuel efficiency, enough power and is a comfortable ride. Highly recommend!
