My service associate, Muhammed J., was great as usual. He took the time to explain everything and address all my concerns regarding the repairs to my Tacoma. Getting the military discount on my bill is a plus, and having the Synchrony Car Credit card also helps with interest-free installment payments.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Matt was a pleasant change from the typical high pressure sales person and that made such a difference to me. At the end of the car shopping game I feel I paid a reasonable price for a car that was close to everything I?d hoped for. Fingers crossed it?s an easy own for many years. And if I have questions or problems I?m comfortable stopping by the dealership.

I had the pleasure of working with Anna Beltran while my Toyota Tundra was in for maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and delivered world-class customer service. Anna kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. Her clear communication, attentiveness, and genuine care made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough in their role—Anna truly sets the standard for excellence. Absolutely amazing service adviser and if anyone deserves a raise it's her!
2023 Toyota Corolla review
I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

I recently visited Toyota Sarasota to purchase an SUV, and I must say my experience exceeded all expectations. I was assisted by Mr. Elvis Franco, who was not only incredibly kind and professional but also took the time to assist me in my language, which made the entire process much more comfortable and pleasant for me. Mr. Franco took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions patiently, and guided me in finding the perfect vehicle to meet my needs. His customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing a personalized and quality experience. If you’re considering buying a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Elvis Franco. You won’t regret it! Thank you to him and the Toyota Sarasota team for making this purchase an unforgettable experience.
