Our Finance manager, Terrance Sterbenz made this aspect of our purchase not only smooth and efficient, but honestly entertaining! Fun personality and another 10 out of 10! Manny, the tech wizard also earns a 10 out of 10! His two hour orientation on the many features of the Forester was comprehensive and easy to understand and he even went above the call of duty by helping me solve an issue with my I-phone. The morning check-in of my car was very quick. I needed a ride home because the recall stuff was supposed to take two days and right away the driver, Lee said let?s go, and whisked me back home. In the early afternoon Service Advisor Taylorann sent me a text with a video link with the tech who worked on my car, showing my car and explaining that the recall work was completed and the car was ready to go. This was the first time I used Autonation Ford Panama City for anything and I discovered that the Service team is very efficient and trustworthy.

Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills. This man deserves a raise or a manager position. He can definitely make the dealership grow in a positive way.
