Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing review
Everyone in Phillips Chevy service department in Lansing, Illinois did an excellent job helping me get my car repaired. From the receptionists, to the service advisors, and the technicians as well as the courtesy drivers, all were kind, courteous, and professional. And the cost was fair. I will continue to go to them and will recommend them to others. Sincerely, Rodney D Jordan

Continental Toyota review
I had an incredible experience purchasing a car here! My sales agent, Ahmad, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was kind, patient, professional, and transparent, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. He was very supportive and worked hard to make everything fit my needs. I really appreciated how approachable, honest, and helpful he was every step of the way. Everyone at Continental Toyota was excellent to work with when purchasing my new vehicle. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Continental Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Oak Lawn Toyota review
I had an excellent experience working with this dealership and their salesman Nikko. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and made to feel comfortable without any pressure. Nikko was especially outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car for my needs and budget. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. The entire process, from browsing to finalizing the purchase, was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and stress free car buying experience. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience!
