I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

4 1/2 stars. I like this dealers repair dept. They try and sell you stuff like every else but they aren’t pushy and try to work with you if things are tight. Prices are decent dealershipwise. Techs are top notch and you will get the same ones over and over. Vinny Van is the man! Only reason I took a half star is their website to book appointments is so/so. It can be a challenge to navigate and switch appointments and they should just list their prices online for basic work. Never bought a car here so unknown on sales.

Was skeptical going in but coming out of the dealership was a good story to be had. Worked with William Holcomb and was very fair with my trade-in so in much that I didn’t have to put any money down and it was a 2013. Got the vehicle I wanted with more options then I can imagine and left with a full tank of gas. Also they can me a good deal on their paperwork but I still chose my credit union because there deal was better and it didn’t matter that I went that way. Also I didn’t have to waste my whole day getting the deal done. Less 2 hours and I was leaving with my vehicle. Great experience working with William and auto lender. Thank you Jim Regan
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I will love to thank all the employees of the Springfield Toyota at 860 Baltimore Pike for their Spirit and joy of helping people in their greatest needs.My love for their kindness is overwhelming..My birthday is this month and I wanted a new car and I got the love and professionalism from these great guys.Anthony who I considered the bomb.com(Awesome),A young man who's name I know is spelled incorrectly pls forgive me Yuseef who is in training u wouldn't believe it.He told me things when we're test driving sounds like he has bn there for years.He has only bn there a few weeks.Great Job.In the finance consultant very young man with skills of his profession name Kyle he explained all things bout the vehicle I purchased in details.And the employee Teddy remember me where I had purchased my truck prior years.And Mr.Tim big boss gave me a great deal on my old truck and new car. Above and Beyond employees in that company.Everyone greets with a smile and hand shake .I personally gave hugs and they were given back freely.
